McDonald's — Restaurant in Albany

Worst service yet! Spoiled milk in frappe' big Mac I could have thrown at them and knocked them out in was so hard! Attitudes when taking them the sandwich back and asking them to remake it fresh! Then when u ask them to refund u for the 4$ drink they they say it's to much hand u a cup and offer u soda. 4 bucks is 4 bucks it's not a big deal but when u go somewhere 3 diffrent times and all 3 times the foods from the day b4 it seems like Noone wants to help anyone just sit and socialize and play on there phone and the wait is long enough u have to remind the employees ur standing there. Then u write the owner and get no response. I'm extremely unhappy about it! I don't plan on shutting up about it! We all have a job and we all have to do that job if we want to get paid. You don't even get a smile from the miserable employees at this location. If u go to the drive thru and ur orders wrong and have to go inside u have to beat on the door because the inside is always locked. I'm sure it's to much work to clean it after a shift. I could go on n on n on with this! IF UR HUNGRY AND WANT FOOD THAT WONT BREAK UR TEETH AND WAS COOKED TO ORDER THIS IS NOT THE MCDONALDS TO CHOOSE! This is by far the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in. We stopped in while traveling through and wish we wouldn’t have. The workers couldn’t care less about the customers. The only person that was actually working was the woman who was cleaning the restaurant, she even stepped in to fill our drinks for us in the back since every soda in the machine was flat. The girl who brought our food to the table rudely walked up with a smirk on her face and the only thing she said to us was, “hey” and giggled when we found absolutely nothing funny. We then asked her to give us our cups since we had been sitting there for 15 minutes without anything to drink and she kept continuing to walk away and ignore us. Other customers were speaking up and asking for the manager while the same girl that brought the food stood there and just smiled, again, absolutely nothing was funny. While leaving the restaurant, I saw that the rating on the door was a B, but I think a B is an extremely high rating for a restaurant with nasty soda machines and a dirty kitchen along with the terrible service we received. Whenever I walked to the ice machine to get more ice, a plastic trim piece fell and hit me on the head which is absolutely ridiculous. I've been putting off giving a review for this particular restaurant beause I was genuinely hoping that the first couple of times were just flukes. I mean everyone has bad days, right? Well, I wish I could say that this was the case but unfortunately I can't. McDonald's has always been one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite at a reasonable price where I'm always able to get something I'm familiar with. (which is the only reason I continued to return here other than it's 10 minutes from my house.) I know personally how hard it is to find employees that actually care about their job and the satisfaction of their customers. Apparently there is some issues with the employees here that causes them to be totally detatched from the customer /employee relationship. They act as if they have no desire to take your order, answer a question, and even act almost insulted that you would ask for a napkin or even worse, ketchup or salt! I'm not sure what's going at this restaurant but it's not limited to a ceryain time of day. It begins with breakfast and continues until closing. So, all I can say is if you really gotta have some Micky D's and you have plenty of time and patience then maybe this would be ok for you. If not I would recommend that you...
