Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albany

Yesterday i spoke to a staff member at the Drive Thru and explained that the younger staff (a young black girl to be exactt that i saw today but didnt get her name) member told me the cup size changed and the Medium Size cup is the new Large size. It was confirmed that it waa not true and she apologized for what happened and advised this will be addressed. Today i put my order in almost ten before my arrival. There was only on car before me when i arrived. I confirmed my order at the Drive thru prompt. The young lady at the window gave me the properly sized drinks. The Other Staff member that lied about the cup sizes went to the back for a few mins and came back with a strange smile while the other looked shocked. When the Drive thru young lady was given my order she tried to refuse it but the other staff member pushed her to give me my bag. This young lady couldn't even look me in the eyes as she handed off. I do not trust what the young man there did to my food. I did not eat my food. I had a feeling there might be retaliation today. Sadly i can no longer come to this location. 20$...

The last 3 time's I've ordered online in one month's time at that, I never get all my food and have to pull around and go inside...Well I had a bigger order tonight but not so much that you forget 2 nacho fries and cheese and 2 nachos and cheese and the 2 extra cheese sauce I ordered, on top of i ask the lady at the window if they made sure everything was there and told her about the previous 2 time's food was not in the bag.. well her reply was everything should be in the bag... SMH! So I pulled around to check my order and everything I mentioned above was not in the bag so I had to go in and leave my 3 grandbabies in the car to get the missing contents. The employees are alway's very nice and apologize when I go in but it's aggravating to have to check behind them and go inside when I ordered online and drive thru pickup...

I was immediately impressed by this restaurant, as a young man was outside cleaning the glass door. It seems rare to see a business taking care of small things like that. Ordering was easy enough with the kiosk. When my name was called, the man holding the tray with my food asked me to wait just a moment. He took the tray to the back and I heard him say to another employee (not rudely, but instructively) "you have to make it look appetizing". They stacked the tacos up and made the tray look neat before presenting it to me. The dining room was spotless. When I was done eating, the same man who made sure the tray was orderly looking was standing outside and asked with a smile how everything was.
