AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the single worst Subway location I have ever been to. Put in an online order today and went to pick it up. Got there after the quoted time, and still had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order. There was two customers in front of me that were together and they got two sandwiches. This store did not have anything. I ordered a bottled drink, and when I went to the front there were no drinks in the fridge. I was then told the fountain drink machine was broken. So literally no drinks. That I had already paid for. The person working asked me if I wanted one of the drinks in the fridge as I left. The only thing in there were things of applesauce. They are out of everything. One type of bread available, no drinks of any kind, and they were out of a lot of meats. The people in front of me ordered a club, and the employee made them a club without one of the meats on it but still charged them the full price of the club. Reading other reviews, this is a pretty common thing this location likes to pull. Of course cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to about a refund for the things I paid for that they literally did not have. This location was closed for a while, and clearly it still needs to be. Read moreI placed a mobile order to pick this up on my lunch break. After getting my sandwich (was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch with only American cheese ranch salt & pepper), it had no cheese had spinach no salt & pepper and my bacon was RAW. I called the store to just inform them of this so the next person who purchased a sandwich did not have the same issue. After speaking to a male he then gave the phone to a manager named Melissa. I explained the situation to her and she argued with me that my sandwich was not toasted and that they only cook bacon for 20 seconds in their toaster if the sandwich is not toasted. You can clearly look at my bread and see that is has been toasted. After going back and forth for a minute she finally asked me "So what do you expect your money back or another sandwich?" I then informed her that I did not want anything from them just wanted to let them know so that someone else did not get sick in case they didn't check their sandwich like I did. Told them to have a nice day and hung up. They were not professional at all in this situation and I hope no one gets sick...
Read moreThis location suck!!!!!!!!😱The manager literally refuse to remake my sandwich, and actually snatched all my food off of the counter and threw it away in the trash can. This location is known for making really sloppy sandwiches, and making careless mistakes. Mostly because they're too busy talking to each other, instead of concentrating on the customer's food .The manager then proceeded to tell me to leave the store, and even went so far as to call the cops on me. Just because I asked for my sandwich to be remade. The manager then started telling me how they had a three-hour-long lunch rush, and how tired she was, and that she was not going to deal with me today. The manager then accused me of calling, and reporting her to corporate office.I didnt call but,I guess I'm not the only one dissatisfied with them. The management is SUPER GHETTO, rude, disrespectful, moody, delusional and unnecessarily hostile, when they are asked to remake food and or correct mistakes.
