Bleachers Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Albert Lea

Tonight was the first night I went to this bar and I definitely will continue to go. The food is fresh and made to order. I know that if I didn’t like anything about my meal, they would’ve happily helped me out and fixed it. BOTH cooks had came out at some point while we were there playing pool and eating and asked about the meals. The waitress was lovely as well, always checked in. One of the cooks even had a suggestion when we ordered a second app after dinner. They have pool and darts NOT in the bar area which I also liked about the experience. Many places to sit. We usually place orders togo several times a month. The last order was wrong and totally messed up but we kept it with no complaint. Tonight we placed an order and it was repeated twice on phone by myself and the employee taking the order. We received double of the sandwichs that were ordered and employee just said I hope you have someone to eat the extras. The owner was there never came over to check on problem as he was totally intoxicated. I called and was told there was no manager there and to call tomorrow. Very rude and inexperienced employees. Never said sorry just the smart remark about having others...

First, let's get something straight, it's a bar. The other reviews are about as consistent with that as you can get.

It's the service, And the greasy food. Those are what got me recently.

Came in at 1240 on a Wednesday, and we were only one of three tables seated, and it still took almost 20 minutes for appetizers and another 15 for the food. Total of around an hour here made it feel more like I should have gotten a stunning meal, but alas, it was just cheese curds and a BLT...

No game on, it wasn't busy, so I don't know why there was such an issue with prompt service....
