I called upon CS Computers once again, I had a new hard drive installed January 2023, in June 2023 I started having problems getting kicked off internet, I went through the process many times with Spectrum to fix it & still getting kicked off. I called Spectrum again & this time was told to back up my computer to factory new settings" all that dud was totally screw up my computer where I couldn't get online at all. So I called CS Computers & talked with Curt, he had me bring it down, he took a quick look & he would see what there issue was, he might have to wipe it clean & reinstall everything, usually he charges $99.00 but since it had been only 5 months since new hard drive was installed, he would charge me $75.00, IF he had to wipe it clean & install everything" Curt got done, I went & picked it up, all was fixed, but he did charge me the $99.00 to do the work, I didn't ask "Why?" tge way things gave been going for me, it just happens I get charged more than told. I got home, set it up & within 30 minutes, it was kicking me off internet again, I called Curt & he assured me "all was fixed & working right, it has to be a problem in my home" I called spectrum & 1st time ever, I was told "on spectrums end, they seen that I was having problems for a few weeks, they would send out a tech & fix it, looks like it is a connection problem outside, I got a tech coming Wednesday between 9 & 10" this had better FIX the problem.

I am an older lady and not very "techy". I love printing things, photos, etc that friends and relatives send to me via email. The printer I had, according to the receipt I have, was purchased 13 years ago. and no longer worked. I was in Rochester MN over Christmas and had the opportunity to go to Office Max and purchase another printer . It was another Epson, since the first one served me well. Now, I wish I had seen the ad for CS Computers earlier and had called to consult what brand of printer would be the best. I called CS Computers to ask if they worked on setting up new printers. Lucky for me, they do and I have had him here twice to be sure I knew how to operate the new printer. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to operate everything to get what I needed, as many changes happened in the 13 years I had the first printer. Curt is extremely thorough and professional in his work. I brought my computer in to have it be inspected and optimized, and the depth he went was nothing short of impressive! It's hard to beat this level of quality, and being able to get it in a small town is a rarity.
