McDonald's — Restaurant in Albert Lea

Welp we specifically asked for hot fries b4 ordering a meal. The lady garaunteed hot fries, so when we waited in drive thru for about 15mins, we thought it must be for the fries right!? Wrong!! Waited literally 15 mins for "fast" food, fries were coldish, then got our food, about to head out bc we were on a very long road trip, and realized that we didn't get our drinks or burgers! Wth, so again had to wait in busy drive thru to get what we already paid for and never received! We always have a terrible experience at any/every McDonald's, greasy burgers that literally drip grease onto ur clothes, and hurt our tummy's. It has been about 8 months since we ate at McDonald's simply bc of our definite bad experience every single time. Finally we decided, ok it's been awhile, almost a year, and this is a different McDonald's, surely it will be better now! WRONG, KNEW BETTER, GO ANOTHER YEAR, IF EVER W/O MCDONALD'S!! again, we literally had to wait at least 20 mins to get out complete accurate meal with cold fries. We were on a very time sensitive trip, and thought bc it's fast food we could be on the road in 10 mins tops, hell no, my bad and dumb for thinking otherwise! I don't think we will ever rest McDonald's again!! Not worth the wait...

I usually never leave bad reviews but after coming here I thought I'd share my experience. When I first arrived at mcdonalds I was never greeted or even acknowledged I had no idea where they were taking orders and shortly after there was someone else behind me. Whoever was working on April 1st 2021 was working register that day and wearing a blue shirt took the guys order behind me and still never acknowledged me. I saw a manager and I tried to get his attention but not even the manager acknowledged me that day either. I had been standing in line for about 10 minutes without even a greet and when I finally went all the way up to the register to try to get his attention the guy just told me I'll be right with you and turned away I was so frustrated at this point I left. I understand how busy restaurants can get and I would not have minded waiting but the fact that I was never even greeted or acknowledged and was skipped over taking my order was really unprofessional and rude. Ordered cheeseburgers with only pickles &all 4 had onions&pickle. Also ordered a 20 piece nugget &got only 10. Total of about $15.00 i lost to this store that night,as i didnt take time to check their work until i got home 20+ miles away. Usually i check it before leaving the property. This store gets my order wrong or shorts my food 90% of the time. I have to turn around to go inside &have my orders corrected so many, many times,after waiting extra time to get it to begin with.the extra time doesnt mean your order is done correctly at all. We like mcdonalds food,but,we wont be coming back to this or any other mcdonalds anymore. It never gets better, only takes longer,gets more expensive&im still left hungry cuz they screwed up my food&i couldnt eat it or my food was just not there. Better off looking in a dumpster for supper. It wont rip you off,its faster,cheaper,it wont short you &is about as clean too. Aint got time for it anymore. Arbys does an excellent job&never...
