Hardee’s — Restaurant in Albertville

Took forever to get our food, they only had two people working! And one of them was new, they had maybe two cars in drive thru when we got there, and no one in the lobby at all! Placed our order and was told it was going to be a while, because grill person was new! Then two more cars came through drive thur while we were waiting, and we had to wait on them to get their food before us when we had clearly been waiting for at least 15 or 20 mins already for our food! Bad move! First off if someone is new, don't have them there to do a job alone! Have someone there that knows what they are doing to train them! Been there done that have worked fast food and at restaurants forever! They never even gave us half off our order, or anything for free food after waiting so long! And the drinks there are horrible! Don't even taste like a coke at all! Don't waste your time or money going here! Didn't even hear a sorry it took so long from them! ...

i went through the drive thru at 10 minutes to 10 and thats 10 minutes before close. it was the quickest service i ever received from hardees. i was on my way to work and wanted a sandwich to sustain me through the night. just what i hoped i would not get i got. the meat was pre cooked and cold and hard around the edges. i was hungry so i ate it but it was not worth the 7 dollars and some change i spent on it. the way i feel is i should get the same quality of food no matter if i spend my money at 5 in the evening or at 10 minutes before closing. if yall are gonna serve up cold pre cooked meat then yall should tell the customer so they can then decide if they want to spend for it. i would appreciate it if management would give me a remake....

I have never been spoken to so rudely at a public place of business. My daughter and I was at the drive through and before I could get finished placing my order the rude cashier gave me my total. I told her I wasn’t finished and she said “well I waited”. I gave her the rest of my order and the comments back were nothing but sarcastic and very rude. After being treated this way, I decided I didn’t want to eat there so I drove by the window and waved. As we were leaving, going out of the parking lot, the same rude cashier screamed at us over the drive through speaker!! You could here her at Lowes! Will never be back. Called to complain to the manager and was told she wasn’t there by the same...
