New China — Restaurant in Guntersville

I use to absolutely love this restaurant and we were loyal customers,even during the pandemic. The food and wait staff used to be awesome,even during the Pandemic,but now it's not the same. Not many options for vegetarians now. Instead of full chicken wings,now they serve just the tips of Chicken wings. No Kimchi. Crawdads were tiny. Green beans weren't seasoned well and their usually ,great, hot and sour soup , didn't taste too good. Neither of us liked it and I don't know if we will return. I think that the cooks are now Latinos instead of Asians and in my experience,every time that happens,the food is not good,as they don't cook it the same as the Asian cooks did. Also miss our favorite,sweet waitress, who always checked on us and everyone else . The wait staff now,doesn't check on you and they don't refill your drinks like they used to! I hate this because I used to absolutely love this place! I hope sincerely,that they go back to the awesome place they were. I mist not be the only one who thinks this way,because they used to be packed with people and now they aren't! Where do I start.. the sweet tea, oh the sweet tea, it was sour. Like it had been sitting in the sun for days. Our order took no more than 3 min for 2 combos, 3 egg rolls, hot and sour soup, and fried dumplings. The rice was great!! But the meat was just warm enough to pass as warm, the soup had to be taken back to get more time in the microwave, the egg rolls and dumplings where burnt, not just a little, but a whole lot, charred burnt. We took our food home to feed it to our puppies, because we didn't want to waste any of it, and they even turned their noses up at it. This place was horrible. You can go buy the exact same ingredients at the grocery store and make this at home 10xs better. Which is what I will be doing from...

I called in to make an order, the lady was nice, at first. As I ordered, I asked for "no sweet" then lady went off. She was very upset that I had asked for "no sweet". She was going to make it sweet regardless of what I say. I said fine. Then I called back 1 minute later, the line was disconnected. I called because I wanted to cancel my order. I literally called 3 times, back to back. On my fourth try, the call finally went through, and she was like "oh the one that wanted 'no sweet'". I asked very politely if she could cancel my order and she said no. Then immediately hung up the phone on me, mid-sentence. I guess that their service depends on...
