Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Cashier was a bit distracted by Co workers, told him my order he asked me something didn’t hear him I said sorry what? And he ignored me he started talking to a female coworker.

Finished the order, after a while.. Now the Order itself the burritos were pretty small, and dry I ordered 2 breakfast burritos smothered number 5 with bacon. Half of the burrito had mostly hash brown, egg, no beans, bacon cheese non existent in the entire burrito.

I was concerned they didn’t put any bacon on the burrito, so I opened the burrito on up. it did have a strip of bacon yes a small strip just one.. at least it was crispy I guess.

the other half it had bacon, eggs,beans no hash brown they put like 1/4 of a ladle of red chili on both burritos, I thought smothered meant smother the whole burrito not a fourth of the burrito. The lettuce and tomato was the only thing good really.

So conclusion, if you go there for a smothered burrito hope to god they’ll put bacon in the whole burrito not only half of it, and hash brown in the entire burrito not only some in the other half.. I paid 4 bucks for the smothered chili not worth it

If you ignor my advice at least take this for advice go to a different blakes the Gibson and university one they’re pretty liberal with their red chili, or at least Ask for extra red chili, and extra cheese because they sure are freaking conservative when it comes to with their red chili and cheese in this spot..

I only came here because I grew up eating them every Sunday after church, and I had a craving for them today this Sunday it was a disappointment total price was 14.20...

Management , this location is totally ghetto. Almost got jump by the lady.Because I asked where my order was that because I went to the restroom and informed her employee.That would be back for the order.And he didn't inform them so I stood there for about 30 minutes while my food went cold and they were getting other orders out, to verybody else and then when I ask for my order.She proceeded to race your voice.And stated that there is no need for you be rude, when all I asked was, where is my food?Is it ready She grabbed the bags and threw them on the counter and continued to raise her voice and literally throwing her hand up and say in a rude, aggressive manner to get out and have a good day. To which I responded, " I didn't mean any disrespect to you and your employees. The guy that took my order knew where I was, and if he didn't inform you, that is not on me. He was watching me the whole time and didn't even make an effort to address me. I must say that the guy at the register looked like he did not know what he was doing or where he was at took him a good 5 min to figure out the change. ( even though the computer displayed the amount.) I have been a long time customer at this location, and today experience was one that was so outrageously...

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and it started from the moment I walked in the door. As I walked in the door my face mask had twisted, so I was trying to fix it, and a chubby guy behind the counter proceeded to yell at me about not having a mask on. I told him I have a mask and I'm trying to fix it but he ignored me. When I told him that I had placed an order online, he just picked up the bag and put it on the the counter without saying one word to me. Then he proceeded to get a cup and feel it all the way up to the top with ice and handed it to me to get my drink. Had it not been for the fact that there was other customers in the restaurant I would have said a few words to him and then dump the ice on the counter. Needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment and may never visit any of their places again. Also the food was not prepared as I requested it, and all I did was give it to a homeless person who I was sure would enjoyed much more...
