Burger King — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This has to be the most singularly worst experience at a fast food place in Albuquerque that I've ever experienced with my wife. This Burger King managed to make a Lotta Burger look good and that is something I thought was seemingly impossible. First, when you use the closest drive up, for some reason they put the menu far away from the order panel. I have pretty good eyesight in. It was still hard to make out. It was so impossible. We drove around to the front where apparently they were closing up the inside at the time and we were told that we just needed to get out of the car to read the menu. This was at night and we had already had a homeless person. Us up three times in our car. I cannot believe how miserable the design was on this and how the franchise owner didn't spot it or were just completely oblivious. Then you have the staff. We ordered two Texas double burgers and ask for them to have only mustard. When we got home not only did they not have mustard one had nothing on it and one had mayonnaise and I blame the staff for that. How in the world could you make this experience any worse ? I get the feeling. If I ever go back again you'll find a way. Don't get me wrong. I like Burger King but this was mind-bogglingly awful. Not very big on fast food places, but Burger King is the exception. I stop in and get a Whopper with a side of onion rings at least twice a month. I appreciate that during this pandemic Burger King is one of the few fast food establishments that will let you dine inside. I've also noticed at this location that I always see staff cleaning and sanitizing the dining area. That is a good thing. Never had a bad meal or received poor service at this location. I'd also like to add that the Burger King app is a great app where you can order ahead and which has daily deals similar to coupons. You can also through the app receive Crown Points for every dollar you spend which can then be redeemed for free food. I will say that I hate having to get an employee to unlock the bathroom for me, but this is becoming more commonplace at many restaurants and I'm sure they have their reasons. I have only actually gone inside to place my office's daily lunch order twice maybe 3times however I've always left in tears because the gentleman taking orders at the counter was always very verbal about his disdain for transgender people and never spoke a single word to me even if I had a question or needed something I always had to get the attention of another in store associate. I order every day a chocolate Oreo shake with extra Oreos and now that our client services coordinator or any other of our employees go get our BK run and not myself everything we ordered reaches us back at our office the way each of us wante it.
