Really sad Bobs burgers allow their employees to not do their job. First off, we were in drive-through line, that didn't move ever. After 7 to 10 minutes we left and decided to call to let them know they had a drive through line and no service, employees completely clueless inside, not doing anything with paying customers in line lol we left. Also, on another visit, as we sat in the drive through we got to see employees hang out smoking in the parking lot as the drive thru line got longer and longer. Again, after 10 minutes of no movement we left, we drove to Bobs on central, no issues w service guess 4th street is useless for quick service. Just sad employees are allowed to smoke and carry on by their cars while drive through cars see them and wonder do they wash their hands after smoking, do the breathe on my food after smoking, is smoking more important then working? Take ur break and immediately lite a cigarette, then walk so the whole drive thru can see, YUCK. Definitely feel like Bobs employees do this on purpose so they don't have to work, people have options and since Bobs doesn't care to review cameras to see how customers are treated we won't be back. Read moreThe assistant manager Melanie, took our order but was very rude when I gave her the credit card she asked for an ID I've never been I need for a credit card and as well was rude to my boyfriend when he tried to pull out money he was so flustered about what just happened and how rude she was about it he accidentally pulled out the from dollar bills first while he was pulling out the $20 bill she looked at the money and said this isn't going to pay for your meal and a very sarcastic tone we looked at her we said we know and proceeded to keep ordering just ignoring how rude her attitude is. after we ordered she went back there to her employers and started making fun of us and talking very rudely of us saying how we couldn't pay for our meal cause we're broke when we obviously had money we were just flustered about the situation that just happened at hand and then proceeded to keep being rude and keep talking about us and laughing at us we did get our money back but the customer service here was just completely horrible it was my first time walking into this place and the assistant manager Melanie was just so rude the moment...
Read moreBob's has always had the best Taco Burgers. They still do. This location is always so busy. I think they take the phone off the hook at lunch time. We are never able to call our order in. When we go to the location, it is a wait. They are so busy that it is inconvenient for a quick lunch. Today we went in and ordered 8 Taco Burgers and 2 fries. We did not check our bag when we left. We should have because we only got one bag which would definitely not fit 8 tacos and 2 fries. We ended up with 3 tacos and no fries. We called and then we went in. We had the receipt that showed the fries. The manager was horrible. She accused us of lying. She swore she put one fry in the bag. She did not. We are not lairs. I know that there are people who take advantage and try to get free stuff all of the time. This was our first time to ever do that. However, we will definitely be going back because the Taco Burgers are totally Awesome...
