KFC — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I order online for pick up. Get to the drive thru at the scheduled time. Give my name go to window. The guy at the window. What was your order? I tell him the order. Hes looking at me like a deer in the head lights. I asked whats the problem. He says again what did you order? Now absolutely confused asked do you need the order number to pull it up? He says No. He asks what did you order. I collect my witts. And repeat the order for the second time. Hes still looking at me lost. I ask what do you need now? He again asks for what we ordered. I then ask him to get someone who understands english. He closes the window and a discussion takes place. Im miffed! Finally he opens the window. "I state the order was placed on line, i gave my information upon ordering. I got an order number. The guy just stands there. " I say cancel the order refund my card. And drive off. No supervisor, no manager help. Forget this location drive to 4th street or father down San Mater to the other location. Stay far far away. Not...

I don’t understand as this is like the third time this store can’t get our order right, whether I order in person or online, can talk not read? Or if ya don’t have something tell me so I can get my refund then and there… not like last time or this time for that matter…making me have to drive back to it a different day, not only was my order incorrect but was missing items and everything was just thrown in the bag like they didn’t give a damn…. Don’t eat anywhere near here these employees don’t respect you, your food, your time or anything. Not worth it. Multiple chances wrong every time. Added to the banlist for my family. Bet they will make me have to drive back for my refund…

Update: had to call them 16 times to get an answer and no help, had to find customer support cause they don’t know anything about their jobs. Got my refund and got yelled at and cursed at by the manager… terrible experience no...

I received a coupon via mail on 3/26/24 so I thought I'd use it today. When I went thru the drive thru because they're remodeling approaching the order booth,I stated that I had a coupon for a 12 PC, KFC order taker stated Coupon? I said yes ! When I approached the window to pay ,I gave my coupon to the clerk he put it up to a light to see if it was real ??? He then gave me the credit. Upon arriving home for dinner I noticed a small bucket,no way there was 12 pcs in here? Sure enough short 4 pieces. Really?? This long hair guy who waited on me needs to be taught customer service ,understanding that covid really caused an issue with finding good people, this store is a perfect example you hire whoever... At the Risk of losing more customers. Just look at your score 3.4. NOT GOOD ! 5 stars should go to the KFC CS line where I complained too,he was awesome!...
