I did not have a good experience at this location. I asked the lady to please make two Snow Bunny’s without peach gobi, add extra peach flavoring, and extra boba in each drink. She and the other lady walked away to see if there was enough boba. She came back and asked, “extra peach” and I said yes thinking she meant flavoring. We got our drinks, walked out to the car, and noticed there was a lot of peach gobi and hardly any boba. We left the location and called once we were on the freeway headed back home. I spoke to Alex and she was not very pleasant in assisting us. She told us that they were about to close and would give us one drink without boba if we were in the parking lot. We asked her if she could please accommodate us to replace our drinks and she offered us $5.00 as a reward and didn’t really seem to care. Alex called me back a few minutes later and said, that she spoke with her other coworker about the drinks and insisted we were in the wrong. Alex didn’t care to listen to us the second time. Read moreEach time I have been to this location , I don’t think the store/employees are practicing minimum safety requirements - the cashier touches the register/credit cards/cash and then starts making the boba tea without washing her or his hands then there’s another person who helps with making the drink but she was just cleaning the floors/touching the dirty floor rugs/doing something else without washing hands. ????!!!! We don’t drink the drinks and finally after enough times, we are compelled to write this review in hopes that the owner or manager (although we don’t have much confidence in the manager either bc he is standing right there and can see all of this going on and doesn’t seem a bit concerned) make major changes. The young male (dark hair, glasses) at the front desk gave the impression that he did not want to be there. We stared at the menu for a bit while he washed some dishes. He was very short when we had questions and would not even make eye contact with us. My husband asked him how he was doing and he ignored the question. Not a friendly person obviously but you work in customer service so at least be respectful. My husband asked him if he was having a rough day and he responded “kinda,what did you want?” We ordered and I left with a negative first impression.
