Starting off while walking in, we were greeted by a taller, moody teenager who seemed like she thought she was better than us, and didn’t want to do her job. Food service is rough, I get it. I did it quite a bit back in college, but there was no need to be that snarky and demeaning. (She also might have been high, wasn’t quite sure!) After that, we were seated and greeted by a male server who was very sweet. He took our order and we got our food. I got the Cajun Pasta and he got the Bacon Rancher, nothing too much. We only had one request, to have the burger well done. Everything was fine, until we got home. My husband started throwing up profusely and all hell broke loose quite honestly. My husband only eats his burgers and meats well done because of a digestive condition. I don’t believe the line cooks took liberties to ensure the order was correct. I would suggest drug testing ALL your line cooks, considering they cannot follow simple instructions. This should not be allowed and quite honestly made me very disappointed. We’ve never had an issue with our single request at other establishments but it was our first time at this particular Chili’s location and I guess it was too much. Maybe keep a better eye on your staff, or run standards past them again! (Also, perhaps drug testing your employees before allowing them to serve other people in a restaurant environment might be a...
Read moreYou should never walk into a restaurant and question the condition of the kitchen based on the front of the house but tonight that is exactly what happened. Upon opening the door, we noticed the handle was caked with grime and the filth only got worse. Our table was only partially wiped down (food still stuck), benches had not been cleaned and I was unable to lean back due to a slimy substance dripped down the front. The floor under our table and all around us was completely trashed and covered in smashed food, dirty napkins, and other debris. The window partitions were disgusting and looked as if they have never been cleaned. The menus were sticky as was the kiosk on the table. Needless to say, we did not dine here. I spoke to the manager who explained they had been busy and did not have the time to clean which in all honesty is a poor excuse and unacceptable. It was 9pm when we arrived, I saw several staff standing around and the resturant was not busy. I am understanding to the difficulty of finding people to work but as a buisness owner myself, the condition of this restaurant is deplorable and is at the highest level of being unsanitary and unsafe. Poor management and lazy staff are to blame not being too...
Read moreWe flew into Albuquerque late evening and wanted some dinner before heading home an hour away. We arrived around 8:45 pm. It was nice we didn't have to rush or worry that we were closing the place down. The server, Trinity, was also the bartender, and she was amazing! Very attentive and pleasant, with amazing service. The food was delicious and a wonderful value. There's a small section in the back of the menu where you get a drink, appetizer, and main course starting at 10.99. My husband had a very sizable burger and fries with unlimited chips and salsa for 10.99. He said it was very good. I had a salad with chicken quesadillas. It was delicious! I was able to eat his chips and salsa as well as they were unlimited. The music was softly playing in the background and the sports channels played a variety of games but they too were playing softly so we could chat and wind down after a day of flying. My husband also discovered they have a gluten free menu and an...
