I will start by saying that upon entry this place looked really impressive, clean, and well maintained. However, I'm not sure this place was the right fit for my family. There was a nice play area for babies and toddlers in diapers only which I can appreciate but my 10 month old was a little small to enjoy. My 4 year old enjoyed the playground and the big pink slide. However, in my opinion the structure is not very accessible for adults. Many of the areas were tight and narrow, and low. I had to crawl the majority of the time and "squeeze" through many areas and I'm fairly avge height and weight. My daughter had no issues other than slipping and hitting her head on the low bars. Unfortunately, because of the layout of the structure I worried leaving her unattended since there was no way she could find her way out. Inside the structure was dark confusing and no real flow. The best and easiest way for me to get down was on the slide and as a grown woman I don't like slides 😅 but unfortunately my husband had a much harder time maneuvering through this place so there's that.
I did like the cool features and the unique soccer field and roller slide with car. The motorcycles looked fun but came at an extra cost so we didn't get to try. This is strictly an indoor playground and nothing else. A couple prize games and random light/ music room.
They have some snacks like pb&j, juice and chips to eat but nothing substantial.
I did not like the process of entering, it felt choppy and unorganized. You pay, then go back to take your shoes off, place them in a basket before being allowed entry which makes sense but it just felt strange. We brought our own socks (thankfully) bc socks to purchase were $3/ pair. However, right after we entered we were told no grippy socks allowed and we had to change them inside out. Im not sure why we were singled out since others didn't have to do the same but I wish that would've have been told to us before we entered.
This place has some cool aspects but until my kiddos are a little older and more independent I don't think we...

Read moreThe facility itself is so fun and great for kids! I was here for a birthday party and my kids had a blast. I gave it 3 stars because I was disappointed by the staff. They were definitely overwhelmed and at first understaffed, so I totally get that and don’t fault them for doing their best in the beginning. However, once more staff came in they actually just continued to be not very responsive. I saw an employee hanging in the play place repeatedly just on his phone. They rolled their eyes when we asked for extra plates and spoons, and then conveniently forgot to bring them out but got offended when we asked a second time about it. I stood by the exit door trying to get out just waiting around for a solid 3 minutes while I watched 2 employees chit chat and then they ducked into the back when I made eye contact trying to motion towards the door. I actually saw someone else who had also been waiting for the door to open to get frustrated and say something about it, then they made a point to be more responsive after that. The place seems very unorganized and not well run. The manager was actually really rude to the birthday girl’s mom accusing her of mistreating the employees but I clearly saw for my own eyes that it was the employees falling a bit short. Again, I can emphasize with being short staffed in the beginning but once more people were there, it seemed like they were trying to make a point of ignoring our birthday party. It was really weird and off putting. Fun place but it could definitely use some better employee training and...
