They would not let me order while holding my toy poodle. I had no place to leave the dog today, and my daughter really wanted ice cream. I tried to ask if I could order online or stand outside and order from one of the three employees standing there, but she kept repeating the same words, which sound super condescending. I could barely hear her with our masks in the way. In the end, I tried to send my five year old in with a credit card but a nice customer ended up buying her the ice cream. I got the impression they really don’t want to do more than they have to. I know you can say “policy,” but I have never had this problem anywhere else around here, and she is clean and I don’t put her down. I ordered the 8" Birthday cake. When the cake was brought out to me I saw a white frosted cake with a very shakily written happy birthday message. There were no rosettes on the top or sprinkles around the sides. I told the guy the photo had both of those things he just held up the order paper and said it wasn't on the sheet. There wasn't a place when ordering online to add sprinkles or rosettes it just asked for an ice cream flavor and a cake type so Naturally I thought it came as pictured with the sprinkles and rosettes. No parking!!! No handicap parking!!! We thought we'd go to the closer Coldstone only to find zero parking anywhere near. After driving around for a while, we finally found parking a couple of blocks away. Once we got inside, it was packed, and with only a few seats inside, everyone was standing around eating their ice cream. The line was long and the staff showed no interest in trying to sevice customers. There is plenty of seating outside but no umbrellas to at least offer shade. With the temperature over 100 shade would have been nice. After waiting 10 minutes with no movement in the line, we left and will never go back...
