The customer service is friendly and accommodating (try all the samples you'd like). There is an ample shaded outdoor patio with music being played over the speakers. Our little family was delighted.
Update 8/17/2025: still love the ice cream. One small criticism: we took our kids for free back-to-school cones for kids. Great promotion. However, only the cone was free--not the ice cream. Strange promotion at an ice cream shop. Thankfully, Heidi's is so good, you won't mind the small fortune you spend there.

This place is not baby-friendly. My little one needed a diaper change, and neither bathroom had a changing table. I ended up pushing two chairs together by the bathrooms and using a changing pad, only to have a young staff member tell me I couldn’t do that, but didn’t offer an alternative solution.
I get not wanting babies changed on chairs, but if there’s no changing table, what exactly are parents supposed to do? If you don’t provide a changing table, people will make do, and it won’t always be ideal.
Honestly, I left frustrated. No one should have to sit in a dirty diaper because a business hasn’t thought about families. Not sure if I’ll be back...
