Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This place is just the worst. We are regular customers and the employees are just awful. Rude AF and could care less about their appearance, service or product. Tonight I called in my order, picked it up and when I got home it was wrong. I had orders 2 xtra best cheese. I called them and asked them to remake it before I went back. When I went to pick up the remake they had not made them and said it would be a “few” minutes. 15 minutes later she said 5 more minites. I was about to ask for a refund when a lady came and handed me two pizzas. I assume she was the manager because she was the oldest looking person there. She was super rude and asked where my receipt or other pizzas were. I told her I already gave them to the girl at the counter and she scoffed “whatever”. I then realized she gave me two regular hot and ready with no offer of a refund for the price difference and no one would come back to the counter. All in all it took an hour to get my pizzas. Horrible service and staff has an incredibly horrible attitude. When ordering I was told there would be a 5 minute wait, after 15 minutes I asked and the lady up front, she got snarky and said 5 more minutes walked to back told manager on duty that the lady up front was getting Cray Cray, because I asked how much longer. After 20 minutes I finally got subpar pizza from manager. I said it would have been nice to have been told the truth on time and made an accurate decision on waiting instead of a lie. He then tried to explain how busy they had been, I explained that telling me they were busy would have been more understandable then lies and I did not appreciate his employee calling names because I was upset over the time well extending the 5 minutes. I personally will be contacting corporate office to report this employee and will never again give this location my business. I will also tell anyone I know what kind of business they conduct there. Ordered for pick up. Waited the extra 20 mins the lady on the phone asked for. Waited for lobby to clear came in waited another 20 mins. Was never acknowledged. Watched 2 employees ignore me and another customer for the entire time. They slowly with no sense of urgency chatted and opened 1 drawer with 5 customer waiting. Emphasis still on slow. Waited another ten minutes. Still didn't say hi. Or we will be right with you. Or hey...how about waiting for this time consuming duty until after the lobby clears. Bam. Now an hour has passed.
