I honestly don't understand how this location is making money. Their fresh produce is always brown and wilting. So raw dough and poorly prepped sauces mixed with sandwich meat are your options. (There's a subway less than a mile away, keep this in mind. ) I walked in yesterday. I quote 'We are not able to take EBT for an unknown reason. ' Written on a piece of receipt paper on their front door. Alright, I've got cash. No problem, right? Oh. No. They haven't accepted cash payment for over A YEAR. By an employee's own admission. These boneheads can't be trusted to handle basic monetary payment on a daily basis, but, they want me to return and eat their food? I'm literally waving money in their face and the boys there can't be bothered to grab two large doughs, take them out of inventory, put the cash underneath the toybox of a register with the audible agreement that they can provide product, but, won't be able to recover on the change with account written, product exchanged to keep inventory and make a sale. It's called a receipt. Yeah. Walmart is a block away. I walked there and bought frozen at the same price. That includes the time spent baking whatever they call fresh product. You guys need a manager? I'm filling out my resume next week. Tell you what, I'll go cheap, train me on how to roll the dough. The rest is written above. That place will be rolling in...
Read moreThe pizza was not ready by the stated time. It also was not the correct size, being 14 inches (large) instead of 16 inches (family). Staff told me the pizza I received was rung up as a large so that was what they made me, even though I paid for a family size. Talking to the manager was awful. I had to point to my online order receipt and they had no initiative to improve the situation. When prompted, the manager decided he could offer a dessert "but that's the best I can do," said in a way akin to "don't push your luck."
Upon arriving to exchange pizzas (my friend had picked it up for us and thought I had ordered a large), the manager presented another 14" pizza and called it a family size pizza, merely not stretched correctly, flying in the face of what I had been told on the phone by the staff member that supposedly made the pizza. He also flopped from "they made the pizzas" to "I made them" during the conversation. It was clear that he had decided to die on his sword over this, so I left.
I may try this location again, but not for several months, on the hope that this manager will no longer be at that location/ employed with...
Read moreI cannot believe what I experienced at this location. I bought to pizzas and followed all instructions on how to bake. One, by following these instructions given to us my pizza literally went up in flames. I called to see if I can either get a refund or compensated for 2 more pizza's I was told that "I cannot get a refund because the shift lead did not know how to give refund." I was told to take in the up in flames pizzas as proof, so literally put the burnt pizzas in a bag just so they can see the proof. The manager Leah Avila gave us such a hard time about it. Instead of being a professional she the got mad because her workers did not provide a receipt and expected us to have one? I will be contacting coorperate to let them know the kind of staff they have and how poorly they treat their customers. Sad to say we will not be...
