Wyoming Mall — Local services in Albuquerque

I have a little bit of a Walmart phobia, many visits to different locations that caused some trauma in my past..

However, in general it seems that Walmart is cleaning up and doing a pretty good job at creating a better customer experience. This particular trip, the staff that helped at checkout were great, the store was 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely cleaner than most Walmarts that I've been to in the past. Plus, I blame a lot of the mess on the customers who put things back wherever they feel like it. Like, the floor.. why? Come on, you know who you are. I'm guessing it's the same people who don't put the carts back. 🤷🏼🤦🏼 😵 wherever could they go??🕵🏻 📢 the 🛒🥅 the designated shopping cart return areas (they need an emoji for that).

Anyway, Walmart... I have seen a quite a bit of a difference in terms of better quality items, a little bit more expensive with those items understandably, but in general there seems to be better organization in most departments and great variety at generally good deals.

☀🎉I also did not have a panic attack which is rare for my Walmart experiences (excluding the neighborhood Walmart locations). So that earns an extra star.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market on Montgomery is phenomenal and always clean. The staff and management are always available and Hands-On. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Also, the pharmacy department has the best pharmacy techs and pharmacists. I am reading the entire Mall not just Walmart as the photo shows the front entrance in front of Dollar tree is raised by at least 2 " with bricks I tripped over it on the 12th of July,2022. I'm suffering very badly I've already have a lawyer who's taking the case and have had to go to the hospital and the doctor and I'm probably going to return to the hospital Dollar tree should have never had that raised walkway whoever approved that at that mall or at the city and be like you having a city sidewalk and you decided to raise it to inches it would be your liability and the City zoning although I don't know what they ask for when they look at plans do they ask for what the front entrance will look like in elevation of the substance that will be used as a front entrance I know that Walmart has absolutely no bumps or steps and I'm sure that Dollar tree is not ADA compliant with that this is a shame it has stopped my life. I wasn't really at Wyoming Mall, but I was at Walmart Super Center on Wyoming and Menaul. Tuesday's are great for shopping as they get new produce in, etc.

Their "fresh meats" section is consistently bad. For single people, they don't carry smaller packages of chicken, it's always family sized packages. And the selection and quality is underwhelming. If you want truly fresh and quality meats, go to KELLERS on Eubank and Candelaria. They are the BEST! One thing Walmart carries in their freezer near the meats section is frozen Philly Cheese Steak. I wasn't expecting it to be very good but thought I'd give it a try. They are GREAT! Just buy fresh hot dog style buns or hoagie rolls... then green peppers, some white American cheese and an onion and cook it up in the same pan with the FROZEN Philly steak portion and you have a great Philly...
