UPDATED 6/18/19** DONT SPEND YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Spoke to corporate and i guess they are fine with serving our community bugs and fine with their employees treating ppl poorly. It is a shame that I helped protest Smiths putting a gas station there, only to have them build this Sonic here, and this is how it is. 2 months after this incident and no resolution or even empathy of what happened. I wish i could have my faves from Sonic, and i cant. Ugh. so if you must eat this chain, drive to the one on Montono, i promise!!!
Updated 4/18/2019* I am an idiot to keep thinking to give these guys a chance. Or am I the only one who doesn't like bugs in my old fries?? Ridiculous. Contacted corporate but I have to wait 24-48 hours for them to return my call. My advice, JUST GO TO THE ONE ONE MONTONO!
UPDATED 4/29/18 Dropping stars down from 2 to 1. Waited 20 mins in the drive through, when i got up to the window, the girl asked how can she help. I told her i had a #3, and she couldnt find it. Said one of the carhops had taken it to another car. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE, DRIVE TO THE ONE ON MONTONO. Constantly gives wrong orders and quality is low for being a new location. Read moreUnfortunately, on my visit to the 4th a Street location today, I had to deal with two employees that had absolutely no idea about the menu. I asked if they had any sugar free flavors for the iced tea I was getting, and both advised that they did not, which made me confused, as I had heard them advertised before. While sitting at the drive thru window, I installed the sonic drive in app, and attempted to make an order, and guess what the app showed? Five! Count them five sugar free flavors! I then asked again and referenced the information on the app and was told again that they don't have sugar free flavors. I left with an unsweetened iced tea, which would have been fine, however, this had little tea flavor and tasted watered down. I usually don't have issues at Sonic, but this interaction was enough to frustrate me, hence this review. I would highly recommend better training of the menu for your employees, as they literally have no idea what they are...
Read more2/4/18 Waited 15 minutes on my order, guy taking my order clarified my order at the order menu and it was still wrong. Had to make it again and I was waiting 10 min longer with people still behind me. This place is awful and I'm sick of it. Please get new management.
I have gone here at 11pm and takes them 10 minutes. I just dropped by today because I was late for church and needed a quick meal. (Worst mistake) There was two people In front of me and sat in line for 30 minutes. I got to the window and gave the girl a hundred dollar bill and she tells me they can't break it after I sat there that long; nor did anybody take my transaction in line like other sonics do when it's busy. The employees here need strict management if this place is going to last. I drove off hungry and had to go two hours on a empty stomach.
