If I could, I would give this establishment ZERO stars, but google won't let me. I have shopped exclusively at Oasis for the last year and every time I go to the Osuna location, I have a problem. A big criticism of this establishment, is that it is incredibly disorganized. I think that's where half of the problem lies. First of all, the staff have a hard time locating the products in all of those cabinets. I was at Oasis a few weeks ago trying to buy the Smokies gummies you had on special, but your staff couldn't find them in all of those disorganized cabinets. I would have bought my daily limit had they found them. Also, during that same shopping experience, a shelf with vape carts on them, fell over and hit the budtender in the head, and all the product fell to the floor. That same shelf, fell again a week later when I went back to shop. My second main criticism is that your staff seems to lack the knowledge to sell the products in general, particularly when it comes to cbn, cbg, CBD, cbc and what it's used for. There also just seems to be a lot of basic retail errors due to not paying attention and listening to the customer. For example, I only want sativa or sativa leaning hybrids. I asked your manager for a recommendation for a sativa cart, and when I got home she had sold me an indica. I have been sold a wrong cart 3 times in your store, purely because the budtender picked up the wrong one. I was charged for 3 carts once, when I only bought 2. I was at the Osuna location a few days ago and I was sold a 2 gram cart instead of the 1 gram cart I asked for. It's just nonsense every time I go to the Osuna location. Something has changed about Oasis as a whole, because i've noticed the level of professionalism has dropped off drastically in the last 6 months. However, the last few times I've gone in to this place it's been straight horrible. I tell them what I want, very specifically, because I'm medical, and it's like they're trying to hustle off other product instead of just getting what I asked for. When I asked about new products, my knowledge goes beyond their own on how to read labels?? You have to read the label to know what the product is, not grab it, scan it for several minutes and call five other people to still give me wrong information.... Oasis is great.
