McDonald's — Restaurant in Alcoa

Based on this experience at this location I am only giving 2 🌟 s I ordered 4 PC buttermilk tender 20 PC nuggets and asked for extra extra Szechuan they informed that it would be extra. I replied that's not a problem then ordered a medium fry. After I paid I pulled up to the final window and she handed me my food. I grabbed the bag and did a quick peek to see if I got fries and they weren't there. I waited for her to come back and she saw me but waited until she had to come back to open the window because I wasn't pulling off. I told her I didn't get my fries and she said "I don't think they heard you. I don't think you were charged." Now I know that could happen but I remembered placing the order and the girl replying about the fries. So I had to find where I had placed my receipt to double check . Upon finding my receipt I confirmed the order and showed her the receipt. When she came back to bring me fries she said " I put some extra napkins in there for you." I thought that was odd, usually all the bags have a napkin or so in them. Well didn't take me long to figure it out she had spread the napkins over the top of my fries so I couldn't see that it wasn't full. Anyways I reviewed another McDonald's and gave 5 🌟 because I frequently go to McDonald's and don't have issues. It's McDonald's who doesn't know about McDonald's? But all McDonald's are not the same, some have people working there and they couldn't give a RIP if you get a good service and or product or not. There is a McDonald's about 3 miles from my house family will not go there. It's the employ and the management they do a poor job. The other one 2 miles away are busy and never get a bad meal there. I am a big fan of the egg Mcmuffin to the point who ever invented it should have his face put on Mt.rushmore I do love it. But this isn't about the Mcmuffin, it is about the Big Mac with bacon. First I thought bacon on a big mac? So knowing bacon makes everything better I tried it, let me say WOW! what a game changer! It totally changed the taste of the big mac it was better much better. The Mac was hot from the first bite to the last, it's like the big mac was waiting for this for 50 years. The bacon made it perfect. Anyone ever had bad cold fries they are the worst but hot and fresh they are the best and this time they were hot and perfect. Everyone knows McDonald's has the best Coke they have coke make a special formula for them for $1 any size it's a no brainers. I have visited this McDonald's location many times over the years. Especially with it being located directly across from Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport, it offers a very convenient experience. On this particular visit, once again, being very hungry and wanting a quick meal, was the primary reason for choosing this McDonald's. My partner and I utilized the drive thru service window and dined in our car. The building and parking area is well maintained and clean. The service was efficient and friendly. However, the ordering process was a little difficult, with my order being fulfilled incorrectly. Fortunately, my partner was able to correct his order at the window, and he received his correct chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, after leaving the drive thru window, I found my order was not correct. Subsequently, I ate the sandwich I was given (not ordered). The food was hot. The French fries tasty!! My cheeseburgers could have been more fresh, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed. If you're in the area, and need a quick meal, this McDonald's location is an excellent option.
