Wendy's used to be a great location for anybody however here lately they just went downhill! They have all kinds flies, they have a very bad attitude!! I don't think that they should be in business personally they have more flies then customers! they rarely get anything right half the time order is wrong and they have such a bad attitude it's not worth going back to fix it the manager needs to be fired she literally threatened and cursed me out on the phone!! THE BUNS ARE HARD there not gonna get any money from my family i have 7 family members went here daily now 3will never comeback..last time i went inside it was 86degres they need to clean stuff told women about floor being so greesy we about slipped 2 times just don't care plus one day about 3 weeks back i seen a man outside smoking illegal contraband! Manager needs to be fired and needs attitude adjustment i trust Andrew however I'm calling corporate tomorrow when i get up and i think half them are using drug's My mom is gonna talk to the manager as well and will see how nice she is then see I'm disabled this women usually cares but here lately I'm having many issues they have problems every time i come in there AC OUT OR FREEZER BROKEN ETC YOU DON'T WANNA KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE PLACE! ABOUT HALF THEM ARE THIEVES OR IMPAIRED ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE THE NEW MAN AT WINDOW JUST ABOUT FELL ASLEEP THE OTHER NIGHT AND HE TALKS SO LIGHTLY YOU CAN'T HEAR HIM HE NEEDS TO ASK PPL DO YOU WANT ANY SAUCES ETC YOU CAN TELL HE DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT JUST LIKE TODAY THE WOMEN GIVES US THE DRINKS WITH ICE WE COULD HAD PULLED UP BUT NO WE WAITED ABOUT 5MIN SIMPLY CALLED BACK TO COME BACK BUT THE MANAGER SAYS CALL BACK TOMORROW OMG I REALLY DON'T CARE IT'S ABOUT HER NOT CARING ABOUT HER EMPLOYEES GIVING BAD OR WRONG ORDERS WE GOT 2 BAKED POTATO DIDN'T GET BUT 1 THE NIGGETS ARE HARD AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT FRIENDLY ANYMORE EXCEPT ANDREW HE'S A GOOD CAT THAT'S THE REASON I CALL TO TELL TO LET HIM KNOW WHAT UP SO NEXT TIME IT'LL BE BETTER AT LEAST HE SEEMS TO CARE PLUS I'VE BEEN GOING HERE ALMOST 11 YEARS APPROXIMATELY APPARENTLY THEY DON'T WANT A GOOD CUSTOMER!! Read moreI've been to this Wendy's before and it is usually not great, but tonight was embarrassing. It really revolves around one employee at the drive thru window.
I ordered off of the app. My order consisted of: a junior cheeseburger, 6 chicken nuggets, a large chili, a medium frosty, and a large Mello Yello Zero with limeade. (They have the Coke Freestyle).
When we pulled up to the windows the employee said they were out of the limeade flavoring and would I like just plain Mello Yello. I said yes, but it's Mello Yello Zero. Whether or not he was going to give me regular Mello Yello I don't know but I wanted to clarify.
He gave us our order and said to have a good day. He never gave us our frosty. I waited until he opened the window back up and asked for the frosty. He gave it to us and shut the window again. We looked in our bag, which only should have 3 items, and there were no nuggets. Also, the cheeseburger's bun was very hard like it had been sitting there a long time. Also the cup the chili came in had stains on the side like it had also been sitting a while. When he finally came back to the window he seemed irritated. I told him we never got any nuggets. He shut the window, grabbed a bag angrily to where another bag flew up in the air, put our nuggets in the bag, opened the window and told us that he didn't know what we were talking about because he put those nuggets in the bag himself and we just didn't look hard enough. Basically he was calling me a liar and saying we didn't get any to get more. There were only supposed to be 3 items in the bag and unless they got up and jumped out of the bag themselves, they were not in there. I didn't even mention the cheeseburger at this point. My son said that was fine and he would eat it, but that wasn't cool either. I felt bad that my son got a below average burger because he didn't want us to deal with that employee anymore.
I don't think I'll be back. We come here maybe once a month, but there are other Wendy's to go to....
Read moreThe wait time at the DT was a bit long with only a few vehicles and what seems forever for a reply from the person in the box for the car ahead of us. While our wait time was a bit long and was getting really aggravated. But my attitude was changed and made all the better when we heard a nice, positive, kind and courteous voice came on the DT speaker and asked what he could get for us and how was we today. This was amazing to hear such a professional at a fast food restaurant... We continued after the greetings and placed our order then proceeded to the DT window. We meet the voice that greeted us kindly at the DT box and his name is Joseph. Joseph is a very wonderful young man that handled the stress with dignity and respect. We could see that this location was busy and very few employees. The kitchen was busy as a beehive after the Queen has arrived, this explains the wait time in the DT. Joseph should be recognized for his DYNAMIC customer service and communication skills as well as the rest of the staff that was able to get my order out to me without any issues. The whole process went from oh hell....should we pull off or should we just wait it out...glad we waited it out Joseph made the experience! He done his job in a DYNAMIC way. My old company would snatch this young man up for a job back when I was a recruiter for a major box store. So watch your back @Wendys someone is going to snatch this young man from you. He's a good one. Please do your employees one better than what you are and please THANK JOSEPH for the job you hired him to do as he went beyond expectations and kept a customer happy and loyal in a stressful...
