Can not go 0 stars. On 04/14/22 at 11:12 AM, I placed an online web order (5 cheese 5 pepporoni) for "carry out" est time 1:45PM for a school function at 2pm. Plenty of time right? After placing the order, the confirmation read "pizza started 11:23AM". We received status/notification that it was completed close to the pick-up time.
I arrived to the location and gave details about the order as usual but the person over the counter said "I cant find the order, let me check for you." She kept insisting that she could not find the order even with the order number. She mentioned to me that she could not find the order since the server had crashed earlier that day. I questioned this because I still received notification through website. The employee insisted it was not in the system. The employee then mentioned that it must be in the back so she ran to the back of the store and came back to tell me that the order was in the back and that it had completed at 11:30. She mentioned the pizza was cold. The employee gave options of money back, wait additional 45 minutes for the pizza or take the ones in the back. Since this was a school function I had no time to wait around so I took the cold pizzas.
I realized that the order was never made becuase the pizzas she handed to me were: 2 Large pepp, 6 reg size cold cheese pizza, and 2 supreme (to supplement the missing cheese which she mentioned she had not made at the time).
What? please get rid of this employee who had no idea what was going on.
Please refund my money. I have already made a complaint via Domino's corporate forms. Where are the regions/districts managers that should be catering to this failing Domino's location?
Update: (07/02/24) This Dominoes location still stands unsanitary as ever. None of the corporate employees nor Regional/District manager has fulfilled this request. Please boycott this location or get a training...
Read moreHORRIBLE! So I've order this location a handful of times hoping that it wasn't their usual service. I was incorrect they do this continously. They misuse the tracker according to it my food was sent out over an hour ago and has been here for the last 20 minutes. Keep note I have NOT received it. They're probably trying to save on ticket time. I did speak with Luis, apparently the MoD, but he just stated that their delivery time atm was 1 hr 30 mins. To which I asked why hasn't he contacted customers to let them know. He claims he has but I place my order nearly 2 hours ago he didn't contact me I had to contact him so clearly he lied to me. Obviously he's not doing his job properly as a manager. and if the others are like him its no surprise that on previous occasions I've had drivers asked me to go to the store next to my residence to pick up my own food more than once. The food takes nearly 2 hours to deliver and most of the time it's not even right. This location is less than a 10 min drive there's no excuse for them taking this long. So don't even bother with this location. They either need their whole staff replaced or perhaps of they are understaffed they need to get to hiring ASAP. So my advice go to the second closest domino's or another pizzeria they are not worth your time and time is money so they're robbing you twice...

Let me start by saying that I am a member and signed up for all the perks and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. So today I placed an online order like I do all the time, and followed along with the tracker, my order was made, went thru the quality check and never moved from there. So I already knew that I was about to have an issue cause when I refreshed the screen it was no longer there. I go ahead and call the store and the young lady Alicia answered, after inquiring about my order she put me on a quick hold. Maybe 30 seconds later she comes back and state that Manager Jasmine Morales canceled my order. Mind you this is without notice nor a call. Also this is the second time this happened, I had an issue with getting my refund back to my card the first time. This time I was paying cash so im assuming she felt as if no call was needed. So whatever, I ask Alicia is this normal and she states that Jasmine does this quite often and she has bad customer service, she was quick to give me the corp office number. Jasmine never came to the phone as Alicia continued to state that Jasmine was busy. Ill go back to the one on 1960 and veterans they have better quality...
