They always burn my hash brown they always just throw nuggets that have been sitting in the bin back in the oil to warm them up when I ask for fresh I CAN TELL THEYVE BEEN DOUBLE FRIED AND TODAY BREAKFAST I ORDERED MY SON A CHEESEBURGER MEAL WHICH WAS $6.99 AND I ONLY WANT A MEAT AND CHEESE SO THEY PUT PLAIN ON MY RECEIPT WHICH MEANT THEY ONLY GAVE ME MEAT AND BREAD SO I HAD TO GO BACK FOR THEM TO PUT THE CHEESE WHAT SHE HAD ALREADY TAKEN A BITE OUT OF HIS BURGER AND THEY JUST SLAPPED A SLICE OF CHEESE ON THERE AND SENT ME ON MY WAY I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN THEY ARE ALWAYS DISGUSTING I HAVE BEEN IN THERE ONE TIME WHEN CORPORATE CAME AND THEY WERE ALL RUNNING AROUND TO MAKE IT LOOK NICE AND MAKE A GOOD MEAL BUT THAT WAS ALL FAKE I TOLD THE LADY AND TWO GENTLEMEN THAT THEY NEVER MAKE THE FOOD FRESH HERE THEY ARE JUST MAKING IT FRESH BECAUSE Y'ALL...

I came in the drive thru at 3 some in the morning got my food drove 2 min home and the food was cold and horrible. Came in at noon the next day to get my money back and was told I was only getting the money back for the Burger but wasn't given the right change back nor a receipt was spoken too with such attitude and hostile tone. I grew up coming here and now it's gone down the drain manger in the red shirt was very rude. When I told her I'm need speci to the GM I was told to not come back. The woman taking the order on the intercom at 10:28 pm cant take orders correctly, nor does she have the slightest sense of customer service at all. From the get go she had an attitude with my brother, and while he was in the middle of placing his order, she kept trying to rush him, she assumed he was done ordering, told him the total, and he replied "I'm not done ordering", then she said "Well let me know when you're ready" all frustrated, like how does that make sense? Anyway she needs to get her act together if she gonna be at the window...
