ENGLISH REVIEW AFTER THE SPANISH ONE!!! ITS A BAD ONE TBH!
Yo no soy una persona que acostumbre a dejar reseñas o criticas malas mas cuando la comida es deliciosa pero hoy por tercera occasion me paso algo que detesto que hagan los empleados de restaurants, es que no te den las salsas o que no te den la cantidad correcta. Yo acostumboro a simpre pedir dos combos y la primera vez solo me dieron las salsas de uno. La primera vez lo tome como un descuido la segunda para cuando lo descubri ya estaba demasiado lejos como para regresarme pero me di cuenta de que no era un descuido si no una mala y fea costumbre de la señora que atiende. Y hoy por tercera occasion la misma señora me intento aplicar la misma (MAMADA) pero me recorded cuando aun iva sercas y regrese por mis dos Salas que yo pague y me peretenecen! Cuando se lo ise saver si iso la sorprendida pero yo se que solo fue porque havia otros calientes y probablemente es muy raro que la Gente se regrese por dos salsas pero pero para mi no solo son dos simples salsas son 18 años que llevo comprandoles y consumiendo su producto como para que a estas alturas salgan con sus cosas. Solo me pongo a pensar a cuanta gente le aplican la misma de diario y cuantas gente prefiere quedarse callada y con la frustrasion de su chistesito. Ami me encanta la comida yo cresi consumiendo su pollo cada fin de semana y ahora vengo desde lejos por el sabor pero honestamente asi con el servicio que tienen ultimamente ya no dan ganas! Voi a regresar y espero no vuelva a suceder si mejoran su servicio cambiare las estrellas pero si no volvere a seguir dejando malas criticas lo prometo. GENTE PORFAVOR REVISEN SUS BOLSAS BIEN ANTES DE SALIR DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO PARA QUE NO TERMINEN TODOS FRUSTRADOS COM YO!
So my frustration towards this place it's that today for the third time they tried to scam me out of my salsas. I always buy the same two combos and the first time it happened was a couple of months ago they only gave me salsas for one of the combos I took it as a mistake and didn't gave it much thought. The second time by the time I noticed I was to far to drive back and ask for my salsas, but I noticed then it was not a mistake it's a trend and a pretty (SHITY) way of treating costumers. Today for the third occasion the same lady tried doing the same thing luckily I was close enough to come back for fir my salsas that I paid for and belong to me. When I told her about it she acted surprised but I know she only acted like that because there were other clients there and it's probably not so common for people to come back and complain for two salsas. But for me it's not just two simple salsas for me it's 18 years of buying and consuming their products and it's of very bad taste for them to start doing this bull shit now. And only to think about how many people they do that to and people just stay quiet or shrug their frustration. I grew up eating thir chicken every weekend and now I drive far to come get some for the delicious flavor, but lately with the awful service I don't want to do it anymore. I will be back and if they improve the service I'll update and give some stars but if not I'll keep posting bad reviews I promise! Read moreLack of customer service, I noticed this yesterday and today, went by to purchase a four piece chicken order or half chicken as the employee corrected me. She told me that my chiken will be ready in 25 minutes I was in shock really a waiting time of 25 minutes, when all they sell is Roasted Chicken?!. The establishment closes at 10pm. As for today I went and purchased the half chicken order and handed the money to the employee in her hand, and she put my change and receipt on the counter, whileI had my hand out, waiting fo my change. I figured this because she was on her way to the restroom but we pulled up and she had to come unlock the door. We walked inside. Not a single word. She just looked at us. She seemed annoyed.
