Wife got 2 large with extra cheese and pepperoni deal on a Friday when I got home from work we sat at the dinner table when we opened the pizza hut boxes the pizza's had no cheese just on some parts to the point that we could see the bred and not even 1 pepperoni my kids were complaining took the last box back thinking that at least one good pizza we can get back so I got to the store called and talked to the manager a black young lady she told me, cant give you another pizza because u ate 1 piece of that large pizza so you have 2 options 1rst option Your money back (she divided the full pizza price in 12) and because there were 11 pieces of pizza in the box she was going to give me money back for 11 pieces of pizza. 2nd option You have to by another pizza. I was so mad started razing my voice asking to give me what we had order before a large pizza extra cheese and pepperoni at that time there was a "customer" black lady standing against the wall dress as a thug and starts swearing at me and now I had the manager and a thug coming at me in the midst of the situation I learned that the thug and the manager were buddy's so I ask for my money and did NOT get the full amount for that 1 large pizza. I have never ever set foot in that place again I use to bay pizza there 2 to 3 times in a month its been like 6 months, hope the owner sees this and gets rid of that manager, I did not make the mistake it was pizza hut thought they were going to be courteous but was wrong about these place, when ever another restaurant makes a mistake they cover it by bringing me what I ordered and wont charge me the wrong ordered they...
Read moreThey do not even deserve the one star. I ordered a medium pizza and 6 wings at 8:29 PM. The email notification said my order would be delivered at 9:00 PM. Since it was Saturday night, I gave them till 9:30 PM and I called to check on my order. The phone rang and the recording said they were now closed but to hold if you have questions about your order.....they eventually picked it up and laid the phone on the desk. No greeting....but I could hear everything that was going on inside the store. I was on hold for FORTY-TWO minutes. My husband called from his phone while I was still on hold. I can hear the other line ringing in the store and Jason answered. My husband explained why he was calling, and Jason told him that either a) the internet server cancelled our order or b) it went to another store. He also said maybe we ordered from the WRONG location, but since they have delivered to me before, that was also incorrect. When he found out I was on hold on the other line, he hung up on me, then hung up on my husband. We tried to call back, no answer. We have filed complaint with corporate but I seriously doubt it will make a difference after seeing the multitude of complaints here!! We were able to get our money back but we are still waiting on our Medium Pepperoni and 6 hot wings.
