Aggressive and violent atmosphere. I visited this location this afternoon and the door was locked. I knocked but the two ladies in the seating area didn’t respond. I knocked again and a female employee appeared out of the back and finally unlocked the door. I asked why were the doors locked during business hours and she addressed me as sweetie and became rude and condescending. She declared we are in the hood. I wish she knew that one can be in the hood but the hood DOES NOT have to be live inside of you. Her sister (not a employee) was loitering on the premises disturbing the flow of business. She was argumentative and informed me that she just kinda hangs around. I spoke the security officer and when I was leaving, the sister attempted to follow me outta the door while threatening me. I have visited this FallCreek store several times because I live in the neighborhood. The lady preparing the food has a very nasty attitude. Before I have ignored it but tonight was the last straw. I stood at the counter and was ignored first of all and then she gave me her usual nasty look and proceeded to take my order. While preparing the sandwich I made a request and she ignored me.
