Read moreProject Shawerma is absolutely phenomenal! I tried both the chicken and beef shawerma sandwiches as well as the bowls, and every single bite was outstanding. The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right balance of spices that give it that authentic shawerma flavor.
The chicken was flavorful and perfectly charred, while the beef was rich, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The bowls were generous, fresh, and packed with toppings that complemented the shawerma beautifully. Each dish felt like it was made with genuine care and attention to detail.
On top of the amazing food, the presentation and quality were top notch. This is easily some of the best shawerma I have ever had. As an Egyptian, it is such a wonderful reminder of home. The flavors brought me right back. Whether you are craving a hearty sandwich or a wholesome bowl, Project Shawerma is the place to go. I cannot wait to go back...
Read moreWe randomly came across this spot while looking through Google Maps to find a take-out spot. We are originally from NYC and our taste buds are used to really good food and it’s been hard to find comparable food around NOVA. While this is a ghost kitchen (we realized later) and found it confusing to find the place, don’t skip out if you just want to do just takeout and want to try clean middle eastern food.
I hope these folks are successful and can open an...
