I completely enjoy this area, great people around the area, water along the trails, if you know where your going it can connect you into Old Town Alexandria, Regan National Airport, even Rosslyn into Georgetown DC. Mind ya'll that's a little over 24.5 mile from the point of 4 mile run I am referring too, where I live for...

The trail is perfect for running shaded rolling hills. One negative… heavy rains will prevent you from crossing thes beautiful creeks as the water rises. It’s easy to jump on the W&OD trail if you can’t cross while on 4 mile run. Enjoy it,...

If you live, work or visit near here you should explore these paths. Be careful during peak commuting hours as these are used heavily and steadily by bikers.

The trail is perfect for running shaded rolling hills. One negative… heavy rains will prevent you from crossing thes beautiful creeks as the water rises. It’s easy to jump on the W&OD trail if you can’t cross while on 4 mile run. Enjoy it, it’s worth it!
