On May 21, 2015 - 6 of my coworkers and 34 special education students ordered 15 pizzas for our annual field trip from your location in Alexandria,MN. Our students planned and fund raised for the past year to go on this trip. Last month as we were finalizing the costs, I contacted Pizza Hut ( I was directed to the call center) and asked how much a large, single topping pizza would cost and was quoted $7.99. After ordering and reconfirming the price of the pizzas on the day of our field trip, was charged a total of $187.00 for our pizza. That's almost 11.99 per pizza not 7.99!! One of your employees named "Special Eyes" delivered our pizzas and was less than excited to help us when I discussed the quoted price with him. I asked that the manager be called and he reluctantly did. After a brief conversation he claimed that his manager and general manager couldn't help us. After furhter prompting, I asked that he discuss this with his manager further, he left and returned 20 minutes later, with a proposal to knock off $20.00. There was over a $60.00 difference in the cost of the pizzas! Because of this overcharge, we were short money for the rest of the planned events on our fieldtrip and our adult members had to cover the additional costs. The manager did return my calls within a few days of this horrible incident, but never did honor the quoted price. She was quick to offer a "special price" of $8.99 next for our next years field trip. Our kids worked very hard to raise this money and deserve a refund on the overpayment of pizza!! This incident has not been resolved to our groups satisfaction and I am asking for you to look into this...
Read moreThis is the most unorganized place ever!!! You call to order and you get some call center is florida where they hardly speak or understand any english! I placed my order and paid and confirmed with the man for a 515pm delivery to our hotel he confirmed back to me each time yep 515pm. We are doing some shopping in town and i get call from the hotel at 3pm that our pizza is there! I talk to the driver on the phone he takes our pizza back, then i get a call from a lady at the store and she apologizes then says let me see if i can get you a better deal for the confusion, so she does but then has me pay for this order again and says youll have a refund shorty for the first order. Ok so we wait for our order at 515 and then they are LATE 15 minutes and its not the next day and i still dont have my refund!! So needless to say i have $211 out in pizza orders. I will NEVER order from this location again!!! Save your money and headache and being ripped off and go...
Read moreMy service today at the drive thru was awful and the manager that was working should not be working in a customer service place, he was rude. That manager told me that the garlic white sauce that came in a super small container, same price though $2.00 and ice cold told me not much he could do and it will be cold and he also stated not much that he could do about the sauce being cold either, he made an excuse that is was new batch( then you shouldn't be serving that) and all he kept saying it is not my problem, not my problem, I don't make decisions not my problem and then being even more unprofessional he said have a good day and closed the drive through window on my face. When I got home there was no marinara sauce for my breadsticks, my wings were cold, a long with my pizza. There wasn't much that could be done with that manager, awful, awful!!!
