Been a fan of In-N-Out since I was a kid. It's consistently delicious and fresh. There isn't much else to say except this:
At the time of this review I'm basing my rating on the quality of the food at this specific location. I don't know what exactly went wrong, but I ordered my usual which is a Double Double with grilled onions, and it was unbearably salty.
Clearly they went way too heavy on the salt and ruined my order. I'm insure if it was the patties alone that were the issue or the onions. First time in years I've had an issue, which speaks volumes of the care that goes into training and quality control, but this was a huge let down given that I was very hungry and had a long day at work. I was looking forward to my Double Double and I just couldn't bear the salt.
Please, if you're reading this, let your team know that they ought to pay more attention to how they are seasoning all the components.
All the best to you and your team. Please be more cautious, and I hope to give you guys another try in the future.
Update: unfortunately the salt remains an issue weeks after my last experience. Seriously guys, EASE UP ON THE SALT. For God's sake. It's appreciated that you're salting in the first place, but you don't have to go so heavy. Your food is consistently a salt bomb. If you don't believe me, whip up a few double doubles and split them among the team and vote to see who considers it adequately seasoned and who thinks it's too salty. I'm willing to be the majority will say it's too salty. It's not a question of sensitivity, believe me. I have pretty good tolerance for salt. Please do...
Read moreIn n outs quality is being affected since this pandemic began I feel. It's more about quantity over quality it seems. Longer than ever lines in the drive thru, whether they take ur order outside or at the order box they still get it wrong. Despite confirming the order back to you. How, I have no idea. I've asked for coke they give me half coke and half Dr pepper once at this location... I asked for raw onions and I get zero onions. Numerous times this has happened to me. And this time (yesterday) I decided to stay at the pick up window, check my food before I drove off. Coke was coke this time but the two burgers I ordered were of course missing the onions. I don't understand. I was at the drive thru for 35 min from start to finish. I checked the time I got there and time I left. Oh and the napkins, who gives out only one napkin for two orders and on top of that they use that napkin to place it over the burgers so you can't really use it because it has cheese on it... Idk but in n out has to step up their game. It definitely isn't how it used to be . Also, if you order a XL drink, make sure u mention easy ice because they will fill the cup about 90% with ice if you...
Read moreThis place is chaos! They are super, super busy. The parking lot is difficult to navigate - watch out for people walking or someone who parked where they're not supposed to and now everyone has to go around them!
The food is normal In N Out. I get a 3X3 mustard fried - if you haven't tried one, I recommend doing so!
The service is good, but they are very busy and the tables aren't cleaned as often as they should. Also, I've seen some homeless outside the restaurant. I don't like seeing them and I surely don't want to smell them when I'm getting food! I wish the staff would shoo them away!
This is one bright In N Out. I like it and a better job cleaning the tables would've got it a five rating!
If I'm close by, I'll go to this store. In fact, if I'm closer to the store in Pasadena, I'll go out of my way to eat at this store. Though there's a lot of customers, the line moves fast and the food comes in a reasonable amount of time!
I highly recommend...
