Small park with playground and a swing, probably about the size of the yard of the historic Eddie house, which is on the grounds but not open without reservation. For the doggies there is a poop bag dispenser.

Its hidden away with lots of shade. Playground is totally lack luster, but we come for the shade on days where Pasadena is hot. Not sure what the Eddy house is used for, but its an interesting feature.
