I went to Pharos Burgers around 5:30 pm on a Friday and was surprised there was no line. However, parking was pretty full at the time. For seating, there were plenty of options inside and outside as well. I like this spot, since it has an old school diner vibe. In my recent visit, I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of the fried zucchini. Once ordered, it only took a few minutes before my order was ready. The burger was something I got before and the quality held up. It was definitely juicy, but the drawback was the buns got soggy. I recommend to eat it asap if you get a burger. As for the zucchini, it had a slight crispiness on the outside, and a mushy inside. There was a ranch that was for the zucchini, which helped saved the taste. Once I ran out of ranch, I felt it was hard to finish it. I personally wouldn’t recommend that nor get it again. American Express is accepted at this store!

I was shocked and surprised how bad the food was . That was literally the worst pastrami I've ever had in my life . The staff are super friendly and nice but the food was not. The atmosphere is super old and outdated and it feels like the mid 70s. The pastrami was so dry and old and chewy and thick and full of fat that it was dreadful to take even a couple of bites. Extremely over salty . The chicken salad that we ordered was very dry and over chewy. The salad was chopped rough with big pieces . The burger was okay but nothing spectacular. I don't like giving local businesses bad reviews, but I'm sure the food is not meant to be this low quality and can be much better. But sadly it's not a place I would come back. . At the end of the day, we spent almost $35 and walked out of their hungry.Food is a passion full of love, Please pay attention to the quality and respect people's money and time. People spend time driving to places that are supposed to be five star Google reviews. Especially for us reviewers that we're trying to support local businesses. I'm very disappointed and I had wished I didn't have to write a review like this. Hopefully it's a wake up call and we hear about your improvements and future success.

Randomly stopped here after leaving the doctor. I don't know how to describe that "classic" burger joint taste, but this place has it. Fries were soft and hot! The burgers come with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and chopped white onion so if you don't want any of those make sure you say so. I didn't think to ask, but luckily the onions were in big chunks so it was easy to take off. It comes with a thousand island(?) sauce on it but after adding ketchup and mustard it became that really old school burger that you need a napkin with every bite (RIP shirt). A couple of regulars came in and the owner knew their orders right away. He speaks fluent Spanish too.
