Dairy Burger has been hit or miss for the last several years and today feels like the final straw for me. Today was my cheat day and I was thinking of eating somewhere. I haven't eaten in a very long time and I chose Dairy Burger but I was very hesitant on coming here, but I decided to anyway. What I'm about to put I want them to be aware of this and for other people. today I got a chicken strip basket with spicy fries and everything was hot and fresh, which I was very happy about but the first bite was very salty and I said oh maybe it's just that spot of the chicken strip so I ate it some more and some fries and it was all extremely salty. I decided to tell you a little bit more of the food and I just couldn't finish it. The salt was just too much to handle so I called to complain and to get a remake for another day when I'm ready to eat it again because it was just too much salt and I don't want my money to go to waste (the food was about $12) and they told me I had to pick it today. Can't remake it another day owners policy. In my head I said that's dumb but whatever. So I told the lady sure I'll go get it I'm still close by the area. While on the way over there I was thinking of how I'll be eating it again and my mind and body were telling me no, no lore of that kind of food. Becuaee the salt kind of messed me up a bit. Now my money was wasted. You could say it's my fault but I really did think the high salt level on the food was only in certain areas and it would go away. Because that can happen. But it was a majority of the food. And some of it was unbearable. I just want the owners to know that that policy isn't good for business. What if it was my lunch for my lunch break and I wouldn't be able to go till way later or it's too late? What if I had a ride to pick up food and now don't have a ride to go back? What if I had picked it up out of town and don't want to drive all the way back? You can't just do that to people. It's gonna be the same thing regardless you will still be making "free" food. So for whoever is reading this too if your food isn't good just stop eating and let them know right away. I'm sad to have wasted money but I guess that's what I get for trusting this establishment to make some decent food. Hope it one day goes back...
Read moreAbsolutely worth the trip. HANDS DOWN THE BEST STEAK FINGERS EVERRRRRR. the gravy/sauce served with it is the PERFECT accompaniment. So random too that they have such delicious fresh salsa....I could literally drink that stuff it so yummy! Speaking of drinking, the sweet tea is lethal! Diabetes in a cup! Totally recommend doing half/half and it's worth every carb! Literally had them on a Friday and went back on Monday for one last dose of tea & steak strips before leaving town. My only complaint was that the place was a little run-down & the staff seemed annoyed to be taking our order. They're probably so busy because the demand is so high......Literally a drive thru line out to the street the ENTIRE time for both visits. So I get it, they're busy, and like everyone else they're probably under staffed. But a smile and a "welcome" goes a long way imo. Will definitely...
Read moreI’m not one to complain, but I had to speak up on this. I paid money for a 4 grilled cheese, and what I got was barely toasted bread with a weak swipe of cheese. Seriously — it looked like someone gave up halfway through making it. Nothing but bread. My husband’s meal same, stale, steak fingers burned.
This isn’t just a matter of taste — money was spent on this. I don’t expect gourmet from a burger joint, but I do expect effort. This was lazy, disappointing, and honestly not worth the few dollars I spent.
I hope the team sees this and takes more pride in what goes out the window. We work hard for our money — at the very least, give us what...
