Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alice

I was really looking forward to eating Pizza Hut since it had been a minute since I’ve been here. I don’t know if the waitress Irene was just having a bad day but when I gave her my order she got the pizza order wrong so I told her to take it back. She asked me three times before putting the new order in and when I got the remade pizza that took over 25 minutes it was still wrong and she didn’t want to come back to our table for refills or anything, my family had to get up get our own food from the counter and our own sauces and ranch. I then went up to the counter to talk to the manager to take the pizza off cause I didn’t want it anymore and she was able to take it off I also forgot to mention I had ordered some wings that didn’t make it to my table until I was leaving and when the waitress Irene came to give us our new receipt and the wings she literally just tossed them on the table. So when I went to the counter to pay I asked that they took off the wings too, all I’m saying Pizza Hut this kind of attitude toward your consumers is unacceptable and the guest here should be treated better and not have to get up and get our own stuff because people bring their emotions to work or are just lazy. Right after we walked out the door as I was in the parking lot I can see the waitress starting to give refills and help other guest for some reason she was just upset that she got out order wrong and expected us to say it was fine we will...

My only complaint was that I called the order in via phone ( personal pan pizza ) they didn't have any small pizzas ( complaint #1) No biggie up to that point, BUT After calling in the order I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. And since I was just up the street from them LAQUINTA Inn. I drove up there to pick it up. Arrived in just a few minutes. Went in advised the counter person that I was there for a pick up. He verified that I had paid for it. went and sat down to wait the 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. Nothing. My name wasn't even on the board. Waited 10 more minutes. Still Nothing ( Complaint #2) went up to the counter to check on my order, and here comes (Complaint #3) there seemed to be some confusion as to weather or not I had paid for it. Remember I checked in with counter person when I got there !! not to mention as to if my Personal Pan pizza 2 toppings was even ready or not. FINALLY after another 5 to 7 minutes. They produced my pizza. Which I then departed with. And Here's the kicker. They weren't even really that busy. So Yeah there's certainly room for improvement with...

It just so happened that a main gas line had been cut and left more than half the restaurants in town closed. And the ones that were open were only offering a few menu items.. Anyways, i usually go to Little Ceasars but they were closed. Pizza hut happened to have a pizza truck turning out pies for delivery or carryout only. And since pizza was requested by the kids i thought i was saved... but not at all. The menu prices for pizza hut pizza are ridiculous, considering quality of pizza. I would of loved if they had a good special but to me the specials were designed to feed 1 or maybe 2 ppl. Like $21 for a lg 3 topping and breadsticks.. are u kidding me? I can get 2 pizzas and breadsticks and a drink elsewhere for that price and better tasting. Besides the wait was over an hour and a half closer to 2 hrs. I understand the circumstances but i feel the prices just dont match the service, quality...
