Donut Palace — Restaurant in Alice

Anytime im in the area there is not a time where i dont stop here. Very first time we went we ordered some kolaches. Lady at drive thru said she didnt have any change and gave us donut holes. At first i waa like, why didnt she aak if it was ok. Im glad we didnt. They were amazing. Forward a month or so later we were in the area again. Ordered more kolaches and again she didnt have change and gave us donuts. Once again amazing. By the 3rd and 4th time we were even mad she never had change. We were actually hoping she didnt cause we wanted...

Update: 12/01/2024. Kolaches are STILL as good as I remember every year I come to Alice from out of state to visit family. Never had better anywhere else in Texas or New Mexico! Just picked up 6 dozen to enjoy and freeze till next year!❤️❤️❤️

2 years ago -- I grew up in this town and when I come back to visit, I ALWAYS get 6 dozen kolaches to take back to my home (out of state now) and freeze the extras so I can enjoy them until The next visit and I can restock my inventory! Hahaha They are beyond...

Went to donut Palace this morning about 10:30 I ordered six glazed donuts and drive-thru, and they did not have donuts, second time this has happened to me, is that going to a Mexican restaurant and they don't have tacos what the heck worst place ever, if you want donuts go to H-E-B they're cheaper and they always have them and it's right next door, this place is on the new management, waste managers ever they need to shut the place down.........
