I was traveling through Alice and stopped for fuel. While stopped, I ordered dinner on Popeyes App. Simple enough, you think. I ordered at 7:05pm. I then drive 5 min. to the location. I sat in line behind the only car at the order station. And I sat. AND I SAT. After another 5 minutes they took his order and I pulled up to let them know I was there. And I sat. I finally pulled around and went inside. I was third in line. And there was no one taking orders. First one person left, then a second. Finally someone came to take orders. I showed him my receipt on the app. He said “I’ll get that started, and gave me a printed receipt. That was at 19:31. I finally got my order at straight up 8pm. NEVER AGAIN. Well, Popeyes responded, and said they would pass the info on to the appropriate people. They also offered me a discount on my next meal. I went in and hand a younger gentleman getting my tenders then Juan comes from the back asking what I need. I tell him I’m here for my tenders. And very rudely looks at me like I’m dumb. So I explain my messed up order and he was talking to me with attitude. Goes to the back gives me my tenders and I tell him I need my large fries and with attitude tells me well I need a receipt for that. And I tell him they told me it’s free and Rudely he says who did. Never in my life have I had seen a rude employee. I called the manager but doubt anything is being done. And at the end I asked a female worker for his name and she didn’t want to give it to me. Read moreI just ordered an online order and it’s like they don’t even read the ticket. I clearly ordered a two piece with two sides white meat and they gave me three pieces of dark meat and one side. Bro how hard is it to read the ticket? Then to top it off I paid extra for macaroni which they didn’t have and all they offered me was a jalapeño. I don’t even like jalapeños. I asked if I could have a little container of brown gravy in his place and they wanted to charge me two dollars pretty sad. And the fast food industry wants $15 an hour. Hell no time to go back to primary school and learn how to read first. So I had to go back and it’s a 15 minute wait because they screwed up. But the best part is I tried calling the store to tell them this, and they wouldn’t or didn’t answer the phone.
