Panda Express — Restaurant in Alice

This place is horrible. They start off by offering the honey walnut shrimp and I agree to have it. Because that is all I get. I get to the window they tell me it’s being freshly made and will take 4 minutes. After 10 minutes of sitting outside I call them over the phone. The person who answers the phone. Tells me that she doesn’t know what her cook is doing and the shrimp is not ready. Her cook has been taking forever today and will bring it out as soon as she can. Five more minutes go by and she finally comes outside and tells me bad news we don’t have the sauce to make walnut shrimp I can give you a plate or a refund I ask for a refund because the only plate I like is the one that shrimp and therefore start the process of making a refund. I am now in line with three other customers. When they get to me she gives me the refund receipt and hand me no pen I ask her for a pen and she tells me they don’t have pens. I look around my car as she left to go get one and I found one under a seat she comes back with a pen as well I sign it and drive off I will never come back to this location no empathy just a smirk on her face. I don’t understand why they would offer the honey walnut shrimp if they don’t have the ingredients to make it what a waste of time I lost 30 minutes waiting around for them to give me a plate...

The sign on the door says face mask required, limited 10 guests in store. I went in the other day to eat and they were allowing 10 guests to sit down and eat in the store but I didn't have time to sit down that day so that was no problem. I did NOT like however that they were allowing guests to sit and eat in the store BUT had the bathrooms closed. Today I go and the sign is still on the door saying face mask required, limited to 10 guests. They have all the seating blocked off and the bathrooms blocked off still. My thought is they do not want to do the extra cleaning it takes to allow people to come in and sit down to eat and go to the bathroom. I know there are other fast food restaurants here in Alice that is allowing people to come in and sit down to eat and their bathrooms are open. I would like to see Panda Express do that as well and if they did I would go...

I happen to work in Alice now for a month and when I noticed the Panda Express I was excited to see something familiar to back home Florida. The ordering part was ok. We had issue communicating because of the load train passing by. Once that was over I was able to engage a conversation regarding my order. I asked for the big plate which I believe was one entrée and three sides. I had to repeat myself over and over again on what I wanted because she said she couldn’t hear me. Once I got my food it was not what I ordered but I was already frustrated at that point said whatever, i like all the food here, so why not. At this point i just wanted to get home. But when I ate the food, it was extremely DRY, it didn’t taste like Panda Express to me, and I did not get three entrées. I don’t think I’ll...
