I would give 4.5 if I could.
The Pros Were: There was a lady a bit older, with glasses. She was super friendly. Helpful and happy to be there. She was friendly as I asked her to change the channel to UFC and tried her best but couldn’t get it. Since they don’t have pay per view. However we appreciated her trying. She’s definitely a good asset to your business. Your pizza was fantastic and I love that you can see in the kitchen! It was a great first time experience there. The pizza was also pretty to look at. That’s important to me. I saw all ingredients there. Nothing was too much or too little. It was perfect!
The cons were: The woman personnel running the order register didn’t even wanna be there. Didn’t appear to like her job and I didn’t see her smile or laugh once. Not that it’s part of the job but if you’re at the register you’re the first person people see. The young woman with a skirt on whoever she is. I didn’t get her name. I get it. It’s work, but smile girl. You’re at the front. Be there and present. Don’t treat guests like they’re pests. You’re at work to work and be up to the standard. Not collect a paycheck. Learn better. Why don’t y’all have waitresses to actually take orders and bring them out? It’s inconvenient for you to have the order spot in the front of the building blocking people from being able to walk in. We walked in and almost hit the others in line. Then when we get to the front the young lady was freaking rude. If you don’t want us to waste your ice or drinks please place it at eye level. Not everyone is 6’5 to see the top of the drink being poured. Or at the very least pour them for us. Parking sucked. The butt of our car stuck out into the street. And we have a...

Often when places get really hyped up... they fall short of my expectations. TBO did NOT disappoint.
They have a lunch special with a 3 topping pizza and either wings or salad. I was going to order the salad as I had already ordered a 3 meat pizza, but I was recommended to try the wings. Who was I to ignore a recommendation?
I ordered pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and hamburger. Wings...had to order lemon pepper.
My client ordered pepperoni and spinach pizza and hot, lemon pepper wings.
I hit the pizza first...and was I excited to see they use the old world pepperoni! So good! Pizza was good...crust was nice and crisp, but lacked flavor.
I like my wings extra crispy...and they were cooked perfectly. Their lemon pepper wings are more than butter and dry rub. They use some kind of sauce and it was fantastic!
You definitely have to try if ever...

But what really matter is the food and Texas Brick Oven definitely did not disappoint. I used to live in CT right some by the best pizza places in the United States if not the world, I've been to Rome 3 times and ate pizza there about 50 times so to say my pizza standards are high would be an understatement. But the pizza we got here really was incredible. By far the best I have had in Texas. Quality dough, cheese and ingredients cooked to perfection.
Me and my wife split an Extra Large Holy Cow which was old style pepperoni to die for. Ground beef seasonable incredibly, mushrooms , and possible one more ingredient I am forgetting. Anyways it all came together beautifully. Pizza is all about balance. Too much sauce, cheese or an ingredient and it just doesn't do it for me.
Texas Brick Oven Knocked it out the park, quality, price, service all Top Notch. We will definitely be back. Thanks guys you all rock
