Long time customer of this particular Papa Romano’s. I purposely choose to drive 25 minutes out of my direction to choose this location and today I am shocked at the service received. I always receive fantastic service but tonight was different. We ordered in 2 Large Square pizzas, 2 breads, and an order of wings. When ordering, the lady on the phone who took the order even stated to us “I don’t even know how to use this computer…” and so forth. Upon picking up the food and driving another 25 minutes home, I sit down to realize the pizzas are Round. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and they offered $5 off stating the owner took the order and confirmed that they were supposed to be round pizzas. How can she confirm an order that she mistakenly put in and now, we as, customers are at fault? We never order round pizzas because we specifically love deep dish from all pizza places. I was just baffled at the managers response to fixing the problem stating “well, she’s the owner and she always repeats orders so there’s not really much left to do” as if she never makes a mistake. Regardless of the situation, we always loved this location and it was our go-to place but the action taken regarding customer service was poor and I am very disappointed at the interest in making sure their customers feel valued. Read morePicked up an online order today. Drove 20 minutes home to realize they gave me a steak and cheese instead of my super Italian. Called they said they would remake it. Drove another 20 minutes to get my right sub. Told them I was there to pick up my reorder. Girl handed it to me never said sorry nothing. Fine that is how the world seems to be these days. My problem is the bread they used was not the same as it was on the steak and cheese or any other sub that I have ever gotten there before. It was hard a a rock and smaller.
