Absolutely horrible and rude customer service!! It is obvious they do not care about their customers’ satisfaction or whether they have returning customers.
We went here to eat lunch and we both ordered Philly cheese steaks. When we received our food, we immediately noticed the meat was dried up and there were two pieces of sliced cheese underneath the meat, obviously not melted. I asked the guy behind the counter if they could please melt the cheese on our sandwiches. His response was “You need to wait for the meat to melt it!” I asked again kindly, could please just put it back on the grill and melt the cheese together with the meat or just melt the cheese. The guy said, “No, you just need to wait for the meat to melt it. I asked him to ask the cook. The lady in the back (cook) also said the meat will melt the cheese, just wait a few minutes for it to melt.
I told the guy behind the counter this was unbelievable and they had just lost a loyal customer. He shrugged his shoulders and said “Oh well” shaking his head, as to indicate it did not matter. We opted at that point to pack our food to eat at home and melt the cheese in our own microwave. And no, it still was not melted when we arrived home…
How difficult would it have been to place the food back on the griddle and melt the cheese? This was very disappointing and now we regret having given a $4 tip when we initially paid...
Read moreBurger 82 makes some good sandwiches, and the toppings are of high quality. I've never had grilled bell peppers on a burger before, but it actually works really well. But (and this is a big but) they have one serious problem here: they don't season any of their meat (or they use so little that it makes no difference). Any bite that doesn't include sauce or cheese is very bland, and happens quite often on their philly.
The fries are fried perfectly, but, like their meats, have no seasoning. I wish they would toss them with some salt before serving.
If you eat here, I suggest sticking to the burgers, and go with the ones that include plenty of grilled veggies and sauce (such as the 82 House Burger). The lack of seasoning is really obvious on the bacon/egg/cheeseburger, because the flavor all comes from the bacon and ketchup (no seasoning on the hash brown).
This place is close to perfect, but I can't give more than a 3/5 to a burger restaurant if the patties aren't seasoned. If you guys start appropriately seasoning your meat before cooking, you'd easily have a 5-star...
Read moreMe and a co worker went, we got the bleu cheese bacon burgers, he got it plain with fries and I got it with grilled jalapeños and onion rings, if you like Bleu cheese I would definitely recommend this burger, for my taste buds, the Bleu cheese was a little overwhelming, my only suggestion is to chop it up a little, and sprinkle it over the burger in an even layer, it taste like fresh made Bleu cheese, definitely high quality Bleu cheese. The onion rings were definitely tip 5 I've ever had in my life!! I didn't get a big serving, but swwt baby Jesus, those onion rings are absolutely top notch!! I tried my co worker fries, and they are also cooked to perfection, maybe a house made seasoning, but other that that i would prefer the onion rings. Sorry I didn't post many pictures, but the atmosphere was good, but kinda dead around the the time we went. I can tell the lunch rush on Friday was pretty pretty busy. Definitely worth the trip to experience this type of burger,🍔 to my followers and those who stopped following me. I've been busy but back in full swing. We went...
