First time being at this location bc it is close to my work and I got an email saying that there was an offer for “Two for Tuesday” for Valentines Day. I pulled up to the drive through and told the woman about my coupon, and she said she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her I received an email from the company saying that they had this offer. She just said again that she didn’t know about it. So I ordered one bagel and told her that I would show her when I got to the window, and maybe change it if she was able to ring up the offer. I pulled up the email, as well as the store locator that said that this store was participating. She told me she didn’t know about it, and that maybe it was online. I told her I had tried to order ahead in app and that it wasn’t listed as a reward or an option. She just told me there was nothing she could do about it. Finally I gave up and told her I would just stick with the one. It wasn’t until this point that she finally asked to scan my app to see if it would work. It worked. Then she made sure to tell me “you always need to scan your app”, then closed the window on me to make the second bagel. In the grand scheme of things, getting a couple dollars off on a bagel isn’t a big deal, but I do think the situation could have been handled better. At no point did she offer to help figure it out knowing that the email was sent out, nor did she apologize after the fact because there was in fact a way to do it. I used to frequently order delivery from this establishment via Uber Eats but THE LAST FIVE orders in a row have been wrong.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed human error was at fault- we’re human, we all make mistakes.
I called the store when the fourth order was wrong and spoke with the General Manager to let him know they have a training opportunity (this was on a Saturday).
He told me he would hold a staff meeting that following Monday to address.
Well, here we are two weeks later, and my order is STILL WRONG.
I’m sure they’re great with order accuracy for in-house orders or perhaps even in their drive through but they are TERRIBLE when it comes to delivery.
UPDATE 1 08/17/2024: The audacity of the ppl at this store. I’m amazed by the level of incompetence. So, check this out..
Uber Eats just called me and told me the store contacted them to advise the delivery driver picked up the wrong order.
The bag has my name on it.
What are the chances of another “EMILY” who lives close enough to that location for delivery, also ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese, and a bacon, egg and cheese brunch special on honey wheat?

Read moreThere was a rude lady, and a nice lady behind the counter. When I first walked in, no one greeted me. I automatically had weird vibes. I guess because I’m a white guy they decided they weren’t gonna give me customer service and I could see it in every one of them. But I stayed and was looking at the menu when I was ready to order the main lady shout it out that the other lady would help me. I felt as if I was in the Bronx of New York. It was unbecoming, and I felt she should’ve just walked up to me and said sir the the other lady will help you. Instead, I got treated like a child. But moving on, I decided to order my food and wait at the counter. But the mean lady decided she was NOT gonna let me know my food was ready.. it was the other lady who said “your food is ready”. So when I turn to sit down at a table, they were all dirty, and a crumbs all over them from previous patrons. Would I suggest this store to anyone? NO! It’s a no for me. Will I be back? Nope!
