This store needs to be shut down just for its disrespectful service . After another store couldn’t deliver I decided let me call the store they said would deliver to me. So I called and this time placed my order over the phone. After half an hour of them cooking my food and getting it ready to be delivered I get a call saying they can’t deliver anymore because it’s out of “range”. Again I am told this. I thought this time maybe doing over the phone won’t waste my time but clearly it did. BUT IT GETS WORSE I’m clearly frustrated expressing my frustration and the guy I’m speaking to shuts the phone in my face!!! HUHHH I have never been so baffled. I was so confused on what happened I tried calling back and THEY WERE ENDING THE CALL IN MY FACE!! I call using a private number and they answer. And they answer to my surprise it’s another guy THAT REFUSES TO GIVE ME THE MANAGER. He kept saying he needs a reason so I gave him a reason and that was because he shut in my face. He says it’s not a valid reason to get me to a manager LOL WHATTTT. So I said fine this is the issue that happened AND HE SHUTS IN MY FACE WHHHATT. They were disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. Ordered two hours in advance, went to the store 15 mins before pick up time. After 5 mins waiting someone came to check only to say my order was placed in the wrong store. Once I showed the pay receipt they called other person. She checked and assured delivery in 15 mins. It was cold and rainy, I came back to the car with kids. After 15 mins went back, she delivered four person and keep ignoring me. The last person before leaving the store reminded the girl about my delivery, it was that bad. At that point, I got angry and asked her explanation and the reason ignoring me or not answering me. She replied I am answering you now, as if she is Ms President of the pizza store. I was upset and asked to refund. Instead of apologizing for her behavior, she refunded immediately and left in the back. I was going to this store since February 2020, and I will never go back.
