Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Allen

We usually love DB and were excited to have a location near us but we dealt with a rude employee who is the reason we may never come back to this location again. We ordered our regular drinks and the drinks didn’t look right, and it tasted like blended up water with a some chocolate. My husband went back to let them know the drinks didn’t taste right and the employee said “I know my coworker told you our freezing machine isn’t working” when she was not there when her coworker took our order, nor did the coworker let us know that the machine was not working to begin with — or else we wouldn’t have ordered blended drinks! She could have simply said the machine was not working, but instead tried accusing us lying to her because she “had to side with her coworker”. Customer is always right, especially when ur appliances are not working. Along with that everyone waiting outside said they had their drinks made wrong as well. I hope that coworker is worth the refunds and bad reviews that could have been avoided if you had just owned up to...

I am a HUGE Dutch bros fan- I normally go to the Plano one and I’ve never had any issues. I live in Allen so I was really excited that Dutch Bro’s came here. We’ve been going since they opened in June* I believe. More often than not they continuously mess up our orders. Putting the wrong flavors in, the wrong extra syrup requested I always request mocha but they’ll put caramel, giving us iced drinks instead of the freeze we ordered. The last few months a lot of my coffee has been not only messed up, (we normally don’t correct them and just take the coffee) but the coffee has that burnt taste. The last few years at Plano I’ve never chose to have Starbucks- but with this allen location I’m either driving further for Plano or going to Starbucks for convenience.

Also- today 12/14/24 the line was super backed up and seemed like they are short staffed- my order was still...

Y’all are wonderful people. Rain or shine, I’ve always seen every single employee here being warm, welcoming and wonderful. My experience here has always been incredibly consistent and getting to that level of consistency in terms of how good the coffee and the service is, hats off to the team. Even when new folks join the team, y’all make the process seamless and efficient. Way to go!
