Where is the McDonald’s district manager???? You need to do a mystery shopper on this location. Order in all and see how pathetic your lobby service is. I could run this store twice as good and i havent managed a mcdonalds in over 20 years. This used to be a 5star review… Its a shame i made this review years ago and now every time i come in the lobby i find myself standing at the counter waiting and waiting for someone to eventually notice me. I usually have to leaned across the counter all rude like and yell “hello”… is that necessary when there are MULTIPLE employees standing at the food bagging area? Kiosk in the lobby ruined McDonald’s customer service because now all they do is ignore it unless they have to call out a number. You should be ashamed of the drop in service. Cannot imagine why your overall google review is a 3.5 star. Placing a mobile order is more of a pain now than anything. Sad part is theres PLENTY of employees, hell you have a designated guy that walks around and cleans lobby the ENTIRE time yet you dont care when they get their food. Today the employee took a guys order and didnt even acknowledge me standing there. No hi no anything. Had to lean accross the counter to yell hello again just to get my food that was sitting in the bag the entire time. Insee the owner of this store here and he just sits in the lobby on his labtop when he should be training his employees. This mcdonalds is a disgrace. Im sure your drive thru times are on point though, maybe tomorrow we can run the entire store and not...

I can't recommend this location. It's the one nearest to me, but it gets worse and worse. The night time staff are awful, and they don't provide a receipt, so you can't do the survey. It's like they don't provide you a receipt on purpose when they know they gave lousy service. One time I waited a long time while the girl in the drive thru chatted with the people in the car in front of me forever. Other times they are playing around while you wait, and they leave the window open, so a bunch of bugs fly in. I don't make any changes to the menu items when I order, yet over half the time my order is wrong. The burgers are soggy. One of my burgers was just ketchup and meat on bread when I got home. They put the wrong dressing with your salad. The fries are overcooked, dry, and cold like they have been sitting around way too long, or undercooked and taste like raw potatoes, or pale, soggy, and mushy. I've even had a batch of fries that was somehow a combination of all of those. I'm usually very tired when I go here after a long shift at work. The last thing I want when I'm exhausted is lousy service and food. Also, the last time I used the women's restroom it smelled like old urine. McDonalds usually have clean bathrooms.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the day time staff seems much better than the night time staff. They're currently rennovating the building by the looks of it, hopefully they'll update the staff too, but I'm not hopeful as the other McDonalds owned by this franchise aren't...

I hadn't been to McDonald's in years. The family and I had had a long day of shopping and so I thought why not stop by McDonald's like I did as a kid (during any field trip if there was a McDonald's around my friends and I would walk to it and just order a bunch of fries for lunch) it brought back so many memories, so I thought I would share that memory with my children. We went and ordered 7 large fries and asked the younf lady if I can get about 20 packets of ketchup obviously because there were a lot of fries and she ends up giving me 5 packets of fries. So I went inside and asked if I could have more ketchup packets and the manager I believe it was was understanding and helpful. Went about my ways and we went to the park next it, sat our blankets down poured all of our french fries onto one of the McDonald's bags and we started to all open up the packets of ketchup so that we can start digging in. My 12 year old was like what's this..... we found a females nail in our fries!!!! That messed up everything for us. We were disgusted. We returned it all to show them and they did refund us but dang why did y'all ruin a memory for me. They tried to show that no kne was wearing or had on fake red nails, but that just goes to show that they don't clean their machines. It was so nasty and that's when I was reminded again as to why I hadn't gone to...
