PART 1: I have been ordering from this location for about 10 years and I have never had a problem (carry out or delivery). After what happened last night I will NEVER be ordering from this location EVER again! Let me give you a play by play of why... 6:55pm- I placed an order for 2 large pizzas on the Pizza Hut app. I received an email that my order was received and would be delivered at 8pm. The app originally told me my order could be delivered by 7:30pm to my address (which is 2 miles from the store or a 5 minute drive at that time of night). 7:20pm- I clicked the "delivery tracker" link in my email to check to make sure my order was on time or on the way as it should be. It was on the "we are making your order" step which was fine because it should have been leaving the store soon I thought. 7:40pm- I checked the delivery tracker again and it was back on step 1 "we have received your order." I proceeded to call the store and the phone was picked up and then slammed down. I call back and promptly wait on the recorded line for 5 minutes. A guy ended up answering and I voiced my concerns thinking that possibly the delivery tracker wasn't working and my order was actually on the way. After I have my phone number twice and spelled my last name 3 times (my last name is 4 letters for goodness sake!) he told me there was no history of my order. I told him I had an order number but he didn't ask me to give it to him. He just kept telling me there was no history of my order like I need to accept it and forget about the $40 I spent. I asked to speak to the manager so we could get to the bottom of why they "don't have a history of my order." When the manager got on the phone she asked my for my phone number and last name again. She asked my to hold so that she can check in the back for my order. I was on hold for 5 minutes when she got back on the phone and told me that my order was ready in the back and she wasn't sure why the first employee couldn't find my order. She proceeded to tell me that the driver just took my order and it should arrive at my house soon. She also said she was sorry for keeping me on hold for so long as they are super busy and just now had a moment to pick up the phone. Read moreI'm a long time pizza patron, and I've ordered from all over. This location and the Pizza Hut apparent standard for customer service is a combination for inevitable failure that could easily be avoided. The website has technical issues, their phone lines either have tech issues or they just won't pick up sometimes, their call center who is suppose to help me with the circumstance transferred me back on the phone to the store that wasn't answering my call, and the free Cheezit Pizza deal I tried to redeem was not being zeroed out on my order. And yes I spent 15 dollars, and yes it was before taxes. Also, when you try to redeem for a free pizza you earned by shoveling money in to the furnace, they expect you to buy 10 dollars worth of more goods when there are companies who acknowledge your patronage and don't try to flip you one more time for a profit even when you are suppose to be REWARDED for it by using your REWARD points. I've been in customer service most of my life, and know the nature of the beast, so I go out of my way to be respectful even when my order is wrong, or something else happens. I have consistently gotten a huffy puffy, sighing, patronizing attitude from the manager each time I've had to call to sort some asinine problem out that isn't my fault.

Read moreMy name is Christopher Hardman and was hired as a driver for the aforementioned Pizza Hut location but I'm sure i based on the many reviews i scrolled through my words of discouragement need for many change everyone hit the nail on the head. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but the Manager of said franchise and even more odd the owner could possibly think that come in as she regularly did at least twice a week. Then come out and leave thinking yeah I;m going to put my faith that the women that in my mind had no even a fundamental understanding of Business such as what i would regard as just common sense policies/strategy for efficiency and of course the least discussed topic but as yet again my management team never discussed once the factor that in the restaurant business customer service is of the upmost importance. Before i end my review i just would kike to put out a question about my job as i was working at this retched place i realized that the whole time my paychecks were always short and im not talking the occasional simple mistake but im sure anyone who has worked for tips before you get like 3.00$ an hour and the way the law is set the if you tip doesn't bring you up to at least the minimum wage for a tip employee then Pizza Hut has to and i guess she thought i wouldn't find out but my question is could i sue for that as well as some other laws i read about that happened there or really i just wanted some advice on how to...
