
I visited this salon today after it was recommended to me by 2 people and since it is near my house. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted and immediately heard âWhat do you want?!? Pick a color.â After I stated that I would like medium-length almond-shaped acrylics with a french tip design, the man pointed to the chair and didnât say a word. After taking a seat, I was not asked if I would like anything to drink or even made to feel welcome. The male tech did not say a word to me but hummed and sang music as he began working on my nails. After applying the acrylic set and constantly huffing and puffing, I noticed that one nail was completely crookedâŚliterally lopsided and pointed sideways. After asking if it could be fixed, he snatched my hand and filed away until the nailâs length did not match the rest. After addressing the issue, he angrily filed off the nail and applied another. While doing the design, he did not ask if it was to my standard or even bother to show me his work after completing the first nailâŚhe simply did the design one by one and rushed me to put my finger under the UV light. Eventually, I noticed that all of the french tip designs were crooked; however, one nail stuck out in particular as it was extremely uneven and tacky. After asking for him to simply add a bit more polish to the line, he said âWhy are you just now saying something?!?â I responded âYou never gave me a chance to actually look at my nails before snatching my hand and continuingâ to which he replied âYou have eyes so look at them. You would have seen if you werenât on your phoneâ I WAS ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDED!!! I reiterated that I was not provided with a chance to see them before he threw them under the lamp and that it was my first visit and that his customer service (as well as the quality of work) were extremely poor and disgusting. Furthermore, I informed him that I promptly put my phone down every time that he switched hands and that I had not even touched my phone since he finished with the shaping and proceeded to start the designs. I also mentioned that his attitude was unnecessary and that if he was in a rush (as he rushed the entire service) or did not want to be there that he should not have taken me as his client. He shrugged me off and after âfixingâ the nail, he said âSee?!? You see it now?â I was quiet for the remainder of my service as I could not believe that I was being treated this way. I asked the tech if he was the owner and he stated that he was the manager but I believe that he was actually the owner and attempting to save face after I asked. I am beyond disappointed and I will NEVER return to this âbusinessâ and I walked out with only 1 out of my 10 nails...

The manager does my nails he is amazing so thought the last time we went, my daughterâs phone went dead and she wasnât able to use her Apple Pay. They would not even let her come outside to let me know that her phone was dead so that I could pay for her as if we were gonna runoff in my car was literally in the front. If I was not looking, I wouldnât have known that my baby needed my help thatâs messed up because Iâve never not been there and not paid. Also give tips I havenât been there in about two months because. Because I had an injury normally when I go, my nails are between 45 to 50 I donât get extra nothing. Iâm just very simple so he completed my nails the manager and I was texting my husband to let him know that I was done was heading home he yelled come on you gotta get up you gotta move. I got another appointment. I wanted to snap but I didnât say anything. I was like well thatâs rude. Got ready to pay for my nails simple nails nothing extra no designs $70 $70 for a rude hateful That I have praised and since so much business that way, I promise you that is it that is the last time and I drive almost 45 minutes for them to do my nails because I no longer stay in Plano. Iâve noticed the looks and also the rule comments that they say when we come in there. even though theyâre speaking in their own language, theyâre still saying very hateful things about us why because I know how to translate I promise you this place was never like this. I donât know what has happened. I have always praised them, but I wouldnât spend another dime or another dollar there being treated as if we are thieves or we donât have money. Weâre poor or just plain rude to your customers. They donât care now and the manager is the only person Iâve ever let do my nails for him to treat me like that and say that I will never send anyone else to that Place or spend my money there !!! And Iâm glad I didnât wait for them to do my feet donât waste your time or your money there go somewhere that actually cares. Iâll start all over again and go to every nail shop till I find the perfect nail technician and the perfect place for me you should...
   Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!! I literally just walked in to get a simple short French tip, and explained to the lady which colors I wanted for both the base color and French tip color. I was still unsure of my decision, so I proceeded to tell her I wanted a darker pink instead of a light pink for the tip color after I had already made my decision . She literally makes a stank face and exhales multiple times. She sits me down while she goes and gets the color I want, then leaves me sitting down for like 10 MINUTES. So she just leaves me there looking dumb and waiting for her. When she comes back and finishes the application, and is about to start on the French tip, I notice that it was very light and not the exact color I wanted but I thought it was the lighting that made it appear different so I didnât say anything. When sheâs almost done with my set I then saw that she put the wrong color French tip and not the one I wanted(the one I changed my mind to). Which that made me even more mad since the entire time, I kept telling her exactly how I wanted my nails and SHE KEPT AN ATTITUDE. Like these are my nails not your and IM paying for them. Every little thing that I said resulted in an eye roll or purposely exhaling. Which it just made my feel super uncomfortable and bad for even speaking up. When sheâs done with my set she tells me itâs going to be $65!!!! That crazy for literally the shortest nails Iâve ever gotten. I ask her why bc Iâve never payed $65 for French there. She didnât give me a reasonable explanation and was again rude about it. When my mom and I were paying, she was also extremely mean to my mom making her feel dumb because she didnât know what the total was, and aggressively pointed to the screen infront of her. Weâre done paying, and we even leave a tip telling her to split it with the woman that did my moms nails and I saw her out it all IN HER POCKET AND KEEPS IT FOR HERSELF.
