First visit. I ordered ahead on the app. The app said "we will begin your order when you arrive." I do not like this. What is the point of ordering ahead? I want to pick up my order as soon as I arrive. I do not want to wait. That's why you order ahead. That is enough reason for me to not go here before work. Service was friendly and fast considering they started my order when I arrived. I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered the medium Americano with splash of heavy cream. The coffee has good flavor but there is way too much heavy cream. It should be a splash, not a pour. A splash is 1-2 Tablespoons. There is no field for notes or special instructions in the app to remind. I diluted my drink with black coffee when I got to work. If I visit again, I'll prob not order ahead so I can get the drink made...

Scooter’s Coffee definitely deserves 5 stars! Every visit is a great experience, the drinks are consistently delicious, the service is fast, and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. You can tell they genuinely care about making customers’ mornings better.

Their coffee tastes rich and smooth, and their specialty drinks (like the Caramelicious and iced lattes) are always perfectly made. The breakfast items and pastries are fresh and pair perfectly with their drinks. I also love how quick the drive-thru is, even when it’s busy, they keep things moving without sacrificing quality.

Loved how helpful and friendly they were. Really enjoyed my iced coffee with caramel and the egg bites. The iced coffee was nice and smooth, not overly sweet or watered down, caramel flavor was great, just the perfect amount. I could tell I was drinking coffee. Sometimes cold coffee drinks- at a popular competitor that rhymes with Carducks- will just taste like cream and sugar and flavor, very little coffee. My kids loved that they had a kid section on the menu and enjoyed the cotton candy smoothie. There looks like so many yummy things to try. We will be back.
